I like how the staff look after me so well, they apologize for the pool being out but that ok I still had a great time.

There was No ATM machine I had to go 20 minutes away just to take care of something, I could have done it right there and you need cash to buy things in the hotel like pop and chips . You need to put an ATM in the lobby somewhere

The location was very convenient. The hotel made sure our two rooms were right next to each other (traveling with daughter and grandkids). The breakfast was fine. The kids loved having hot waffles. The rooms were comfortable the hotel was quiet.

Breakfast missing basics. No milk to drink or for oatmeal or coffee. No half and half for coffee—only flavored, sugared creamer.

Dirty room and right on train tracks. Not a nice surroundung area or facility. Its a dive. Loud!!!

Cockroaches in the bathroom sink

We've stayed at this property multiple times over the last four years. Always well managed and nice. The property is well maintained as much as the management.

We did have some issues with several families opening the outside door to the pool and drinking for hours on end while their teenage children were allowed to run amok in the pool. Trying to dump the recliners in the water, throwing footballs and balls with serious velocity around little children, and throwing pool towels into the pool and snapping them at others. This roving band of juvenile delinquents were in the pool area, and the parking lots. The parents were not concerned in the least.

Toilet broke and no help from front desk. Breakfast sucked. The manager was walking around saying stupid people here stupid people everywhere complaining about the patrons

Nice, clean and quiet. Close to shopping and dining by Collins Rd. Nice and friendly staff. Easy access to I-380.

The TV was a little dated.
