Nice staff

The toilet was dirty! There was no water bottle in the fridge in the room.

There was only a paid breakfast, I did not purchase.

The room I had was located in an isolated area and I am a single woman. I could not sleep as I could hear the other guests in the next room. I wanted to enjoy a dip in the hot tub, it was not open - the staff ( curtly) informed me it didn’t open until 7 IF and only If the man that checked it saw the right numbers. Once in the hot tub, it did not work. This stay was disappointing at best.

The morning front desk staff member was very kind and understanding.

The room we booked became unavailable. The room we were given did not fit our needs. The sheets in the pull out bed were covered in a yellow crusty substance. Our neighbors were loud and rowdy until 4am. They were throwing chairs into the wall.

was unable to sleep well due to loud group of people in lobby area all night long we where staying for a volleyball tournament and was the worst experience in a hotel ever!!!

The hotel and breakfast

Im a platinum elite member and I cant remember a time where all the front desk personnel were so unprofessional/rude. I'm normally thank for that level for the amount of stays at a Marriott. Im not sure if I received my points for the stay. All signs in the Hotel said the bar was open at 5:00 pm. Went to the front desk and they told me its only open on Tuesdays Wednesday (MAKES ABSOLUTLY NO SENSE WITH THE HOTEL FULL OVER THE WEEKEND). I asked the attendant so I cant get a drink or food after 5. Her reply "YEP"

I did not eat breakfast, but did have food at the conference. I think a #1 no no on food is you never put condiments on food. Lots of people do not like condiments. We had a wrap for lunch and it had either mayo or dressing and veggies mixed in it. I did not eat the box lunch. :(. Its a long day with no lunch., Lunch: Wrap, apple, and fritos :(. I would except better from the Marriott. ( Maybe a meat chees sandwich on good bread, cut up fruit, and a side salad of some kind. Good: Front desk friendly, place was very clean, and room was spacious.

No fridge in room. This would be the #1 reason why I would not recommend the facility. Also, disappointing when trying to sleep and hearing all the activity at the bar- Im on the 3rd floor and a ways away from the bar, but I could hear laughing, yelling and talking. :( .

Extra blankets provided good pillows comfortable bed.

The information n the website didn't match the room or service. They changed the room; no recliner, no hair dryer. The pool was closed. The the dinner menu in the room for the restaurant was wrong, sandwiches only-no salmon dinner. Loud people in the hallway woke me up at 11 pm and 1 pm. Had Netflix but you had to get a subscription to use it.

Location was very good

The restaurant and bar were not open on Saturday. We were there from out of town for a wedding. No where in the atrium where we good sit as a group. We were told bar wasn’t opened because staff called in sick Hotel rate was high especially since no restaurant or bar open.

Main atrium is cool

Baseball team guests were a bit obnoxious
