no air conditioning in the room

there was no window in the room, only fix glassfront

great location

I had a bad experience, we booked two bedrooms through booking, even though the hotel was empty we received two bedrooms with the worst view in the hotel. my bedroom didn’t have air conditioning. I requested the room to be changed and the receptionist explained she couldn’t do it because the reservation was done through booking. or I could wait for the technician to come at 11 pm to fix the air conditioning/. I offer to pay the difference to be upgraded to another room. I had to wait for a supervisor to come from her house to do the change. great location, I think the hotel shouldn’t penalize the guest that book through booking.

Location

Online photos DID NOT represent the room in reality. Our room was small and dark with weak lighting, Floors were scratched and scuffed hardwood and dirty. We immediately asked for a different room but front desk said it was not under their control to assign another room because it was booked through Booking.com.

Can't say enough good things. Had an excellent stay. Amazing room, staff were so helpful and friendly. I bet it's the nicest in the city. Book it, you'll love it!

Stunning view, nice staff, large room. Liquid soap in shower and good wifi.

Only minor: facilities (pieces of furniture, bed, coffee machine,etc..) are cheap and hair-dryer missing. Also, everyhing (e.g. towel, and number of coffee pods) was setup for two people although we were three. Staff fixed it immediately though. Outside parking.

Good location for visiting Valinouet Ski Area

Very nice location, Down town, room nice, very comfy.

The church just beside and rigns the bell, need some update in the bathroom and floor.

it is close to the hospital

we had to change room because there were no heat in our washroom and it was super cold.

The property was in a great location with easy parking. Many restaurants right out the front door.

It was a bit inconvenient carrying luggage downstairs from the parking lot.

location was great. rooms were clean

rooms were very poorly lit. the water pressure from the ceiling mount shower was so strong it would flood the bathroom floor very quickly. staff were pretty lifeless. the lobby floor is very tired, unwelcoming and poorly lit. you must take stairs to enter the lobby. the elevator had a 3” step between the elevator and floors which was dangerous.

Loved the property and the room we stayed in.

Large bed as they mentioned on booking.com.

The pictures posted on booking.com were completely different from the room I had. On booking.com they mentioned breakfast will be extra 12$ and lunch and dinner will be 18$ but at the property they told me we do not offer lunch. Dinner is available in the restaurant downstairs. Also a simple breakfast (not a fancy one) for 2 costs 38$. Also, there was no fan in the room's bathroom.

It's dirty and dusts are not cleaned

While the room was a bit small, it had very high ceilings, so it didn't feel cramped. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Bonus the window opened. We especially liked the small bars of handmade soap. Nice touch. The location was perfect being at the corner of the main street with lots of restaurants. This was our favourite accommodation on our 8 day trip.

The hotel exit to the parking lot opens directly onto the drive for cars, entering the parking lot. This is rather dangerous. When you enter the hotel the stairs are a bit of a surprise.
