The food at the hotel restaurant was incredible!

Nothing. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I stay in a lot. Tried to inform front desk about our terrible experience and they ignored us and just asked which credit card to charge our room to. Still haven’t received a receipt either.

The entire stay.. our bathtub didn’t drain properly, Our room was dirty, It sounded like I was inside a jet engine all night terrible sleep thought we’d get away for our wedding celebrations regret the decision of ever staying here and dragging our bridal party along to such a dive.

Its location is nice for access to the river walk, however a lot of transient activity and potential for harassment or theft.

It’s definitely older, has had cosmetic fixes. Star ratings don’t reflect the level of quality.

Comfortable bed, nice towels. Restaurant staff very courteous.

Shabby worn carpet and ripped drapes. Bathroom sink plugged and slow to drain. No power to fridge or coffee maker (corrected promptly by pleasant staff)

Location is very comfortable to Walk to center.

location location, it worked ideal for a means. Food was excellent, service by the ladies was top notch, I can only say by what was served, you best take care of your kitchen employee's, good ones like the ones that cooked for us, very hard to find. I tip my hat to them all. I'll add, I'm not a big traveler, and I'm not use too people waiting on me, I kinda feel uncomfortable, I'm not any more special than they are, so thanks again.

The rooms are reasonably spacious and always very clean. If you get a river view room, the evening and morning are quite the sight to behold. On top of that all downtown amenities are within easy walking distance.
