I liked the location, the staff are friendly, and the complimentary coffee. When I had issues with the t.v, staff came to assist me right away.

The pillows were pretty lumpy and uncomfortable.

The front desk attendant and manager attempted to make the situation better and address our concerns.

When we arrived at the regular check-in time people were actively painting in the lobby. Once we checked in and went to our room we had to pass by workers in the middle of painting the hall right outside our room, they had just finished painting our doorway, so they had to let us in and then take the tape off of the outside of the doorway and door handle. The overwhelming smell of paint was too much so we asked to be moved to a different room. The new room they moved us to was fine until we laid on the bed and realized the box spring was broken and made an awful loud noise. At that point we decided to book at a different hotel instead of asking to be moved a second time.

Got a good deal on a 1 bedroom King Suite at last minute when we desperately needed a room for the night. The hallways are showing some wear and tear but our room was in very good condition. The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, the 2 large LED TV’s worked perfectly and were of excellent quality . The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would consider staying here again. It’s also close to the airport.

Condition of flooring and trim in hallways. Pallets and boxes of materials and supplies piled in the front reception area, not put away. I would not try to relax here.

The carpets were a bit dirty, they could use a good cleaning and the shower drywall was a bit stained from, mold resistant drywall helps in bathroom or areas where there's moisture.

It was good to have access to my motorcycle from my room, to keep my peace of mind knowing it was close by so if anything or anyone trying to tamper with my property I could see it and respond quickly

Have hot chocolate for people that don't drink coffee.

I’m sorry. I would like to say something, but I didn’t really pay attention.

Location. I had car trouble and the service centre was only 5 minutes away. It took a day to get the part. I was able to book a second night. They have a noon checkout which worked well.

Big, clean room with very comfortable beds. Convenient buffet-style breakfast in a bright friendly room. Very conveniently located close to the airport. While our plane came in late in the evening (and there was no meal during the flight!), we were pleasantly surprised to find a choice of restaurants at walking distance from the motel. For those who don't have a car, City bus 11 rides straight into downtown Saskatoon.

As most "chain" hotels, it feels a bit impersonal

Breakfast filling, a little more variety would be appreciated. The beds were newish but the carpeting needed to be replaced.
