The property was really nice and well equipped, location was great we could get on the ski trails right from the parking lot. There is more than enough room for 10 people. The BBQ is not accessible in the winter. Overall it is a great place for groups.

The description of the property indicates that there is a sofa bed, however this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever seen and I would not even call it a bed. I suggest not considering it as spot for someone to sleep. It was also placed in the master bedroom, forcing whoever sleeps there to share a room.

The property was not available at requested time. With the children we had to wait a lot and they were very tired...

it was close to the main attractions in mont tremblat, we could walk to any spot there, it was the only good thing about this place

Very dirty place, carpets and rugs were so full of dust they can easily give you asthma, sofas were uncomfortable and dirty. Kitchen was full of pests and insects, dont know where they were finding their way in, but there were lots of them. Mattresses on bed were really uncomfortable…..bed spreads and comforters were worn out, and smelled bad. I picked up a comforter and there were rolled up spider webs between sheets. There were no dishwasher pods/soap etc there, i looked every inch of the place for them and found nothing.

It was close to everything, ample room space for a large family. It came with free access to the National Park.

The lack of air conditioning made for pretty hot nights in the summer, especially in the bedroom upstairs. Due to this, I do not think it was worth the price tag.

I have to pick up the key from a different location about 10 minutes drive away which is not mentioned in the confirmation.

The suites need air conditioners.

The address of the property was not explained clearly. Even when we asked the reception desk. We only got unit number of Clairière, but not the building number. It took us lots of time to find the place. Hope you improve this part of information.

Overall stay was good. Kitchen was well equipped.

For the amount paid, there were a few blankets and not enough wood logs for 7 days.
