The location of the hotel is great. In a quiet area and easy to get to the highway. Comfortable beds.
For the price we paid we were surprised to see a worn out chair in the room and no courtesy disposal sandals for the washroom. The room had a smell that stood out. We are expecting better from Four seasons Sheraton.

The room has 2 seperate beds. "NOT" sofa beds
The loud noise coming from the next door. The renter were up really really early and was talking on the phone with his speaker on. It went on for a couple of hours at least. The noise were coming from the door that separated two rooms.

Staff was consistently amazing, nice warm room during the winter, free parking!, free wifi, housekeeping available in afternoons (I sleep late), free waters
They're definitely in the middle of a remodel, but it wasn't a big deal as I didn't hear any construction noise at all. We had a chair in the room which was quite sketchy, but other than that the room was pretty good. Better hallway noise insulation would be ideal - someone had their kids running up and down the hallway for a long while first thing in the morning. Had a dirty sheet when I checked in, but staff replaced it *immediately* -- I was quite impressed by that!

Very accessible location, great beds, very comfortable and large room. Great shower and bath amenities. I liked they provided pillows of different thickness to accommodate different necks and sizes of visitors.
Super friendly cleaning workers too gave me another towel I needed.

It was pretty average and nothing special. Location was ok as there are nearby restos.
They gave us a sofa bed which is not what was advertised! It’s so annoying! The bed caused my back to hurt and during a holiday, it is is very unpleasant and disappointing!

Good location for what we needed. Room was clean.
AC unit did not work at all. Room was very warm. Advertised fridge in room but it didn’t work. Noisy. you could hear ppl in the hallways. Lack of parking was frustrating. I had to park on the street.
