On October 9, I was charged a CAD 200 deposit (€156.36) upon check-in at the hotel. On October 13, at check-out, with the same La Caixa card, the 200 CAD deposit was returned to me. (€141.89). A difference of €14.47 in favor of the hotel. Is this normal?

Parking in front of the room. Nice shower and confortable bed.

The room had a weed smell. We waited 15 minutes to do the check in and check out. Noisy room.

We did not like anything about this hotel.

As soon as we walked into the lobby, I said to my husband, what is this place, it looked like a run down motel, had strange man walking up and down the side stairs. I realized at that moment I made a mistake in booking this hotel. The lady at the front desk was not pleasant at all. We still checked in, gave a $200.00 deposit to cover potential room damage or incidentals and for 100% smoke free room. We went to our room, opened the door of this small room and the cigarette smell hit us. My husband went to the front desk to complain and a housekeeping lady was sent to our room and started spaying air freshener, I said to her, that it was not expectable, so I went to the front desk again spoke with the lady, she personally went to our room, she came back and said "no, the room doesn't smell like cigarettes, I said it did because I know the smell, we asked for another room. Well, right away she said they didn't have any rooms available, so I asked for a refund and to check out. She mentioned she could only refund the $200.00 security deposit and to contact Booking.com to refund our accommodation. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

No coffee in the room. View form window was bad , fence,of the back of the hotel .
