Crazy Tom and his staff were impeccable.....I've stayed there 2 different times visiting my Aunt in Dimondale. Definitely the spot to stay.

The room was comfortable and spacious. They decor was a bit dated, but we didn't mind that. The hotel was conveniently located by restaurants, even within walking distance. Breakfast was the best part!

The room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke to me, although my partner didn't notice.

The rooms were not kept up well and were very dingy. I booked two rooms that were together. One room had a cockroach as a visitor.

Did not eat there.

The rooms were dingy and in dire need of updating. The tub was in need of a reglazing. Faucet dripped constantly! There was a cockroach in one of the two rooms I had booked. The sofa’s in both rooms, the cushions were extremely broken down!!!

The space of the room was nice and the hot breakfast was good.

The room temperature wouldn't go lower than 69 degrees. The luggage Cart had flat tires.

Our late night check-in was smooth. The staff were courteous and also allowed us a late check-out upon request. I'd definitely stay here with my family again.

an older hotel, but very clean, very welcoming and a unique design. the breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced.

Toilet - seat was half off, / 2nd room - toilet barely flushed, took 10 minutes for shower to get hot.

The location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was TOP NOTCH. Overall, the best I have had from a chain hotel

Parking was limited

Breakfast was excellent. Chef is probably worth twice his salary. A real asset. Coffee was weak but I prefer stronger than most people. Clean bathroom, lots of towels, soap, shampoo etc.

It was a long distance to move luggage from parking to my room.

Hot breakfast - bacon, eggs, waffles etc. Way better than a lot of hotels offer any more. Staff was very friendly. Chatted with the chef as he put my breakfast together. The other helper was friendly and on top of keeping the coffee filled up. A couple of free drinks in the dining area in the early evening. Nice touch. The server was friendly. Large room and the bed was comfortable.

The building is getting tired. But it appeared well cared for. The same applied to the room, particularly the bath tub/shower. Not enough to deter me. I'm sure I will be back when I need to stay in Lansing again.
