no breakfast that was knew ahead of time

no coffeepot in room. online small container in office with cold nasty coffee. like to get dressed before coming out of room. just inconvenient

Polite, patient Customer Service. Located right off a city bus stop and near a Denny's. Good WiFi connection. I liked having a working mini fridge & microwave inside room (and ice machine on premises).

Moldy-smelling room with flies and gnats. No bathtub. The lopsided desk chair had pet hair all over it. The beds were not comfortable at all. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to switch rooms but, on the bright side, I was only there for one night🙏🏿

No cold water in sink. I thought the room was supposed to have two beds but I should have called and checked.

floor was dirty, not even attempted to be cleaned to the point feet you could feel dirt & sticky spills In fact my feet got dirty from the floor. bathroom door was filthy with what appeared to be boogers? or some other organic substance on it Toilet would not flush. checked in after 11pm & out by 7:30am. didn’t sleep well due to loud neighbors. I don’t need new or fancy, but clean is a must!

I ask the lady when i check in could i get till 12noon to check out cause my house caught on fire nd i was waiting on my ride to help me get my lil things i had wit me nd that new person came in to run in the morning shift she was very rude nd unprofessional. Nd i had to get a ride from a stranger nd i was mad.

Need more communication with their cleaning crew need to repaint bathroom tubs need to use a real vacuum I ain't no likes

Customer service is very rude due to uncleanliness today part but very understanding to put you in another disorganized room with this tub being paint paint peeling off the tub and off the tub wall need more communication with your staff so everything can go smooth for your visitors
