Close to enough restaurants and the mass transit

The tray for coffee was filthy also asked for the one and only fireplace in lobby to be turned on as it was snowing hailing raining and freezing and was told it didn’t work! Big disappointment as it would have been the perfect spot to get out of the room….

Excellent, central location. We were visiting friends in Brookline and were only a few blocks away. I didn't notice any coffee or breakfast options, so I can't comment as we were out the door early. Very quiet and comfy room.

This is a pricier than average area, but charging an additional $50 for parking seemed a bit much. We parked in our friend's garage nearby.

The location was great

The place is a dump. The furniture is stained. When we first arrived they put us in a room with a broken thermostat and tried to convince us to stay in that room until I insisted they give me a new room. The over all hotel is tired, beat up, stained and dirty. I've never been more disappointed in my life. The menus had food crust or were ripped and taped, the room furniture was stained and dirty. The bathroom has mold and I'm not sure it had been cleaned and when housekeeping came, they literally just tucked in the sheets and brought new towels but didn't even bother picking up a piece of paper on the floor. The food in the restaurant was all old and clearly frozen. Nobody who works there cares st all. The wifi kept dying. Totally unacceptable for a hotel in Brookline / Boston.

The prices of the room did not include breakfast? That was terrible considering we paid $1300 plus for a three night stay.

The space and privacy. Also saved my life by giving me the rest I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. The AC was the real hero, helped bring down the inflammation!

A physical pamphlet for guests that would like one. Better lower temperature on the thermostat?

Good location

Garage didn’t fit my SUV. Had to park outside in public parking. Took several conversations to remove the parking charge from my bill.

The location is fantastic.

The price is high for the quality of the accommodations. Our room was not fully cleaned. Pulled out tables that were visibly filthy with a bottle cap on top of one. Remote in a random place and did not appear clean. Felt as though they spent 5 minutes in the room before turning it over. In addition, parking overnight is $50 and the front desk staff provided an explanation for the payment process that was not at all consistent with the actual parking gate instructions.

The room was very nice, like how it was setup, clean, lots of space. Parking was convienant but costly. I liked the fact food was readly available on site. Staff were helpful regardless of the question. You are understaff, as is the entire world, but they worked hard to provide us what we needed.

The price of parking. But very convienant to use. The dinner choices were not all that good. Breakfast choices were good. Otherwise the stay, how the hotel operates is very good.

The room was comfortable and quiet, and it was very easy to regulate the temperature. It is also in an incredibly prime location!

Nothing! It would have been nice if there was lotion in the bathroom but otherwise everything was great! The staff especially are so nice and welcoming and professional.

The location was good with some local restaurants and eating places open fairly late when I arrived, including the bar within the hotel. The check-in staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.

My only gripe would be that the tv stand did not swivel to be able to watch TV in bed! A minor gripe.

An easy-access hotel if you travel by car. The parking facility is superb (you do need to pay a daily fee of 40$ - the price in September 2023).

Bed was not ready when we arrived. After we complain at the reception they did the necessary. They charged me more on the Mastercard then the price on booking.

i think is was way over price for the hotel,,, other Mariott's in the area were much less and FREE PARKING

the in-house phone didn't work. no line connected with the phone. Lamp in the hall way as you cam in didn't have a covering and the light was very harsh
