the staff was excellent.

the only issue I had was that Bookings screwed something up and when I got there my room was not available. The staff scrambled to find us a room that was not supposed to be used - the shower didn’t work and it was not properly cleaned - but I was happy to just have beds for myself and my kids.

It’s in a good location, the staff were friendly and it had parking at extra cost.

It wasn’t very clean, mould on the net curtains, and there was a rat running around outside. The place looked tired. I would say this place is worth $100 a night, not the $250 charged.

Requested for housekeeping, but never arrived. No complimentary water. No staff to help carry bags.

The staff was amazing!!! They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable and clean.

Needs a renovation. Everything was old. One of the lights in the room was broken and the bathroom was in need of new tub, sink and toilet. Overpriced for the stay.

The location is good

When I arrived I had to wait for 20 minutes to do the check in, even though it was only 7:00 pm, because the lady was not there. While I was waiting a rat passed on the hall to the rooms. The room and the installations of the hotel were very bad and for 245 $ a night is a complete robbery..

Location was great and really convenient.

No free parking and our first room had a broken window so we had to move to another room then that room didn't have cable TV and we didn't want to switch rooms again!

I think the hotel needs to put some money into updating the rooms the bathrooms need some updating everything was clean but everything is very old the stuff was outstanding I just think they need to put some money into updating the rooms and it could be a really awesome place

Awful..awful..awful....the room is full of cockroaches, little spiders and few mice evn visited us inside the room during the night. I would not recommend for any family to stay there with their kids. It was an awful experience for our whole family. Hotel staff including managers are very rude... During our stay someone hit our car, when we reported to the staff, they were very rude, neither helpful nor did anything to help us.

Room was in a dark corner of the property with no exterior lights and lock on the door unsafe. Electrical outlet/phone charger not working. Someone attempted to enter my room and left when they heard me. Staff was told but no follow up from them or apology.

Three of the four staff members verbally told me they would follow up on my experience but didn’t. The female staff member did change my room and upgraded it.

The location was good. They has a tea and coffee station. That was good. Restaurant's was short walk away. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Quiet zone. Safe area.

The hotel seem to lack maintenance personnel. We had plumbing issues and reported it and no one came to fix it. Every night it's visible to see huge rats running around the property. Rats as big as ginnipigs . Management don't seem concerned.

Location was great, a short walk to the train station and near our son’s apartment. Some fine restaurants in the neighborhood .

Hot water for our shower; we stayed there a week, and had hot water for our morning shower only in two days. On another two days, the water was at best lukewarm. On three days there was only cold water for our showers. For the $1800 we paid for a 7 night stay— that’s over $200 per night— I would expect hot water for the shower. An occasional change of towels would be nice, too.
