Not many options for Breakfast

breakfast was good the room was comfortable but there were stairs I have trouble with stairs

I wanted to check in 30 minutes early and then do some shopping so the bags would be in the room and it would be easier to do some shopping without the bags in the car,,, that could not be done they wanted more money to check in a little early,,, we had also asked a different person that was working behind the desk if there was a fish and chip place he did not know and didn't seem to be interested in helping

Good Breakfast and 24/7 coffee etc

All was well for our booking, knowing its location and choosing such. If a person is looking for nature, pleasant scenery and a quiet area, this wouldnt be the ideal location.

Parking was tight for a pickup but manageable

The location was nice.

The housekeeping guy this morning made us feel unsafe, uncomfortable, and threatened. He was rushing us out of our room as I was exiting he stood at the door staring at us especially at my friend who was not fully dressed. He demanded we give him money .. when I said sorry I don’t have money for a “tip” he asked my friend who also said no and he said “I know u have.” and “you should leave tip” so he wouldn’t move out of the way so we could walk away. He was extremely creepy and it was only 11:10 am. Passing 10 mins after checkout. The front desk receptionist was completely fine with the time and didn’t understand why he would do that. As I’m telling her what was happening he came downstairs, stared straight us and walked away… this housekeeper should not be employed to work there. The way he acted like we did something or owed him something is not ok. I can’t imagine what he has done to other guests who stay longer. Not safe for women or children. All front desk receptionists were very nice and fast. But please get rid of that guy. He was disgusting.

No elevator and a too loud heating system

Everything but smell in room

The smell of this room was almost unbearable but we were there for 1 night. My daughter has asthma and she was not comfortable with smell of intense smoke.
