Breakfast and staff were great.

Location, no services or convenience stores nearby as I did not have access to a car during my stay, I don't drive so had a ride there and picked up, but during the evening, no nearby services or restaurants within walking distance.

The hotels feels luxurious, the breakfast is one of the best that I have had in many hotels I stayed in canada. The room itself (other than the bathroom) is amazing. Super cold ac option.

The pool is very small, and the washrooms are outdated .

When you pay for your room it is expected to be cleaned everyday. First day we asked why our room was not clean and we were told you must ask for it to be cleaned daily. We said Yes we would like our room cleaned everyday, however it was not cleaned until the day we left.

Stayed 7 nights, only received housekeeping once, and even then had to ask two days in a row for it to happen. had to pick up pair own towels, coffee, shampoo etc. No explanation offered, no discount offered or given. Unlikely to return even though Brandon is a regular destination.

We had 2 rooms booked and though they were on separate floors, we were happy with our rooms. The set up they have for pet friendly rooms was perfect. There was a sliding door to the outside which made it so convenient to run our pup out for bathroom trips. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was clean and the water was a nice temp. A little perk is the quality products they use in the showers. Dove brand large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No having to call down for extras. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast food quality was disappointing. Other than a cup of coffee, the food did not appear appetizing. There were, however, teams staying so alot of kids and perhaps we just went down at the wrong time and it may not have been refreshed in time.

The room we stayed in was on the main floor, very convenient to the pool. Bed was great. The only thing that would have made my stay perfect was a raised toilet as I had hurt my knee. Breakfast was perfect before we headed out to our meeting.

It is quite possibly the noisiest room I have ever slept in . Could hear every step of the quests on floor above our room and every time they went into bathroom and when they sat on the bed .

Location - we were driving in from the north, and this hotel was as far south as possible within city limits. Room - original room was unacceptable. Carpet dirty, bathroom fixtures old, cracked. Toilet was so low to the ground that my wife could not use it. We have never experienced this in other hotels in this chain. We were upgraded to a ‘suite’, which had a higher toilet, and were told there were only 2 of this kind of toilets in the entire hotel. If this is true, this is unlike all other hotels we have stayed in (and we travel extensively, and have stayed in different chain hotels in different provinces and countries). Our upgraded room was good, and what we would expect from a room at the price we paid. The Front Desk Staff member who checked us in was super friendly and accommodating to our needs — we were very grateful that she was able to accommodate us. But if the bathroom fixtures in this Days Inn location were as the staff member indicated, I would highly recommend moving to higher toilets and replace stained sinks and bathtubs, and improve grouting around tub surround and sink to prevent mildew. Overall, our stay was comfortable in the second room we were given, staff was over-the-top professional and helpful, breakfast was what we would expect at a Days Inn hotel, and bed was comfortable. The hotel location was not ideal for us - we would prefer a hotel closer to Highway #1. We would stay here again, but we understand that the rack rate of the second room we were given (based on the need fo4 a higher toilet) was quite high — higher than we would pay for a comparable room at one of your competitors (e.g. Best Western Plus, etc.). This would make choosing this Days Inn location less likely. To be honest, I was surprised at the (low) quality of the first room we were given (we had reserved the room quite a bit in advance, based on favourable stays at many other Days Inn locations). The “suite” we were eventually given was what we expected.
