Really nice room

Hot tub was a bit dirty

Heated bathroom floors.

Noisey neighborhoods, kids allowed to roam the halls and run past rooms, security even just walked by them being obnoxious. Large groups of teenagers talking loudly in the halls right out side our door.

Only the sink wouldn't drain. Otherwise great.

Everything comfortable and clean. The only thing that lacked was the restaurant service my son and I stood at the front of restaurant to be seated and were never approached so we left. The sign read restaurant opened 7am to 9pm. Other than that this hotel has got to be the best one I've ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel was so good. Except for restaurant service. It is what it is.🤷🏾‍♀️

The restaurant service

Comfortable room, children friendly. Nice pool facility. Our family loved it.

The restaurant food was average. Our check in was handle poorly. The front desk staff took over 20 mins to activate our room key once we had completed the check in.

It was a good location, the facilities were modern and clean, there were many options for entertainment and food under one roof.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

This hotel has seen better days, and has been treated roughly by many evacuees over the years. Some of the room furniture was in bad shape. The pool area is uncontrolled, and frequently too loud with unsupervised kids. The hot tub water was unsanitary, with skin and hair clearly visible on the surface of the water. The staff seemed unable to make any decisions without higher permission from management.
