Room was not serviced......no c!ean towels, beds not made, bathroom not cleaned after 1st day. TV remote did not control sound or turn tv off and on. Needed to call front desk to get towels, coffee, shampoo etc. Some fixtures newer but bed skirt torn and dirty. Mattress sunk in toward middle. Tub floor very slippery--needs non slip strips.

It was cozy and well situated.

There was a hair in the bathtub and the heater stopped working at 1 am….the night got cold. Temp was below freezing outside that night. The desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly but the morning desk clerk was aloof and rude.

Rooms were clean.

Had to shut bathroom door before you could set on compote. I wouldn't consider it a suite, only had a couch that blocked the adjacent room.

We have stayed here off and on over the last almost 3 years and have never had a room that was so badly maintained or not clean. First the carpets had stains and one of the stains was red and strangely hiden behind the door. The curtains were stained, the walls had marks and divots on them, the shower rod moved because it wasn't attached correctly, in the tube the spout wasn't attached to the wall. When we got up the next morning the lamp next to the bed didn't work anymore. The dest chair had the back cover coming apart and the metal pieces protruding through. ROOM 128

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

No hot breakfast.

A/c broke after midnight, no front desk staff and couldnt reach anyone at the sister location about it. Some kind of bugs on the sink the next morning. Only the middle of the floor was cleaned, bug carcass all along the base boards. Bed was very spring-ey. We ended up changing our own sheets after what appeared to be a pepperoni slice was between the sheets and random crusty spots.

Floors were dirty hadn’t been mopped for a while.

Dirty for being by the hospitals

The room was clean.

They refused to give me the room I booked and instead gave us smaller beds but the same price. They put us on the second floor after being told I am handicapped and cannot walk up stairs. They refused a refund. The toilet seat fell off. There was a creepy older man following my children around trying to get them to go to his room

The a.c. unit didnt cool the room down enough during the day or at night.

All the construction on rooms that started at 7am and the fact we had a dirty floor including last persons pop corn 🤷‍♀️

It was pet friendly.

They are doing a huge renovation. So our room was one room away. From the construction area. So the breezeway was all dusty and dirty and the steps. And let's just mention that the work started at 7:30 am it woke us up to a tille saw cutting something that went on for a while. It didn't seem like they should have really had people reserve rooms. With all the construction. Our bathroom the wallpaper was coming off the walls. The couch had stains all over it.For what we paid for the room. Was not worth the price with all the construction. Lots of equipment lots of trucks all over. Noise and the construction site dusty & dirt was just to much.

Very good location. Fairly Clean.

Doing remodeling so it was noisy earlier than it should have been. Room had a lot of areas nefaireding touchup of paint, etc.
