Didn’t like the clientele, the hotel was under staffed, no towels in room, and crack-heads up all night in lobby hallway talking loudly. Will never visit again.

The room was filthy, bedding had pee stains and blood stains on them. Asked for new clean bedding and took 2 hours to finally get them after the night clerk had to argue with the owner about needing them!!! Woke up the next morning and there are ants everywhere, bathroom disgusting, carpet completely disgusting, no elevator at this hotel. Owner needs to start putting $$ back into the property instead of pocketing it!!! Will never ever stay at another quality inn and suites because the website and pics are deceiving and the whole place is of the absolute lowest quality I've ever stayed at....never again

First room smelled really bad. 2nd room ok. Did not wake up for breakfast. Were awaken by house keeping while sleeping to see if we had trash. Hair dryer did not work. Did not receive another until next day. No elevators. My husband can barely walk without falling. Room On 3rd floor. The last time I used Comfort Suites, I was charged for two rooms at ,$135 each for just me and my husband. They said the maid had to clean 2nd room so we had to have used it. They had a dishonest employee. We are never going to use "choice hotels" again. I don't trust them anymore.

There was hair all over the linens. No t.v. the heat and air unit was torn apart and didn't work properly. Bathroom wasn't clean.

Their was weed in my room. I had two toddlers so that was unacceptable. The floor was black from dirtiness left our feet black. It was a disgusting facility.

Only the friendliness of the one staff I encountered. I did not feel safe in the room they put me and the room didn't even have a phone. I'm 75 and in the room alone. It was on the outside of the building, which was not explained to me. I requested a refund and checked out. I went to another hotel just down the road and only paid $15 a room more for well lit, very clean and new everything. This does not compute. How can one be so awful, old, dingy, and short staffed and only be that different in price? I would hope you would check on the properties better before listing them on your site.

Breakfast was ok they were out of milk then out of butter the. Out of plates the preparer did a good job for what they had to work with

my tv wasn’t working. I reprogrammed it while I waited on maintenance to come up. It didn’t work and they never showed up. I went downstairs and told them what I tried and they said he’d be up soon. still no one. I called down again. finally someone came up. I told him that I tried to go thru the channels and he basically tried the same thing I just said I did. then I go to leave for dinner so to give you an idea. I mentioned the tv at 3:45. I go to dinner at 7. I get back around 9:30. still not fixed. I call them. they say that’s all they can do for the night. I have a toddler mind you. and two teenagers. I ask for a manager. she won’t be available til 9am. Next day… I go to check out at 10. no manager there. she won’t be there til this evening. I check out. I try calling just now. no answer. I’m not happy with them.

The location was great, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast goes fast so get there early.
No hot water for half the days I was there, unauthorized charges to my card not worth the headache.

Horrible experience. I have never stayed at a Quality Inn again in my life
rude service. Even though I had a reservation, they said there was no room available. I was waiting a long time for a room. From the smell, the sheets had definitely not been washed. hardly any outlets in the room work as well as the microwave didn't work either. Also, I couldn't watch TV because I didn't have a remote control. I called the front desk and the man who was there hung up on me and ignored me

Convenient location
The hot water in the tub couldn't be turned off, so we woke up feeling like we had slept in a sauna. There was water everywhere, even dripping down the walls.

The second room they sent me to a smoke-filled… And I’m pregnant. they canceled the booking and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I never even stay there.

our hotel room keys when we went up to the hotel room didn’t work as soon as we got up to the 3rd floor had to go get. 1 new one . then it got worse the room we stayed in the toilet was leaking and the puddle on the floor when we got into our room had soaked our whole entire floor !!! literally but wouldn’t ever stay their again Esmeralda was super rude to me when I talked to her about it on the phone and I wanted a full refund and she wasn’t going to give me a full refund so she said she would compensate me for half and I was thinking okay at least. I got something back but I remember this one manager sierra who I first spoke too and I called back later that day let her know my experience and she gave me a full refund and tbh I feel like no matter. how hard your job is and your attitude shouldn’t be reflected onto someone else and Ik just hoping that manager has a very good day !!! and learns to treat people better ! and not make smart remarks towards customers and I was informed the reason why she said things to me was because she was in a bad mood !
