The deposit is too high. We had to pay 750 dollars for 5days. Our room lock did not work. We were locked out. The telephone was not working. Bed was very uncomfortable

TV cable is challenging to access. Press power button on remote and I get snowy screen. I troubleshooted and found out if I press channel down button then snow goes away after 4 seconds. Then, scroll to tv app but sometimes doesn’t work. Should just be able to press power, click Cable then voila.

Where should I begin? Reception upon checking in- The female receptionist gave me room 1811, a corner facing junior suite with ripped and stained carpeting, dirty couch, scratched furniture. I asked to change rooms and she was not even aware that the room was in this unacceptable condition. My new room was cleaner and in better condition but all furniture was OLD with scratches everywhere. The restaurant does not have a working restaurant facility, nor is the pool available either. $45 per person breakfast to be avoided at all cost! It is served in your room ( in my case with a 20 minute delay after calling catering) in a brown paper bag with boxes and plastic containers! The order was not even complete and the quality of the food was akin to being at a hospital. Go to the Starbucks around the corner instead! To top this entire experience, I was charged significantly more than expected on my credit card. I called the receptionist who forwarded me to the night manager: The most unprofessional, inappropriate, sexist and condescending hotel employee I have ever dealt with! He started asking me personal questions about my origin as he detected « an accent », insisting that I must be German and telling me about his Jamaican roots and explaining that he knew better than me where I come from! When I insisted not being German and told him to focus on the bill, he started yelling at me. I hung up, shaken to the core at 10 PM. Overall, not a satisfying or relaxing experience !

Při check-in jsme měli mít pokoj údajně ve 12 patře. Vyšší patro za příplatek - na recepci řekli 50$. OK, vzal jsem. Dostali jsme 37. patro. Ovšem při check-out vystavili fakturu na 50$ za každou osobu, tedy 150$. Navíc později podle fotek pokoje při bookingu zjištěno, že jsou stejné, jako jsme nakonec měli - tedy 37. patro. Takže buď nesprávné foto, nebo ojeb. Koberce starší ušmudlané od nějaké barvy, stará PET lahev za nočním stolkem. Jinak celkem čisto.

Wonderful location for everything we wanted to do in NY. Very close to multiple subwY lines so if you need to get somewhere further away, it's easy. Nice, comfy beds, professional staff, and great views.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge and a thicker comforter on the bed.

Sehr schnelles check in und freundlicher Empfang. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Städtetrip ideal, da sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (auch zu Fuß) sehr gut erreichbar sind. METRO vor der Haustüre und Museum 9/11 nur über die Straße.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels lässt zu wünschen über. Teppichböden mit Flecken, uralte Vorhänge, lauter Lift (weit zu hören), usw. Eine Renovierung und Neuausstattung des Hotels ist aus Sicht eines europäischen Gastes dringend notwendig.

Location was good for central downtown, however all the major attractions were a good half an hour away.

It was built in the late 1990’s and needs an update. It was probably really nice when it was built but now is a bit dated. The carpets are sort of beige and there lots of 1990’s wood in the rooms. The pictures make it look a lot better than it is.

Location is fabulous and the view from the room is priceless 🤩. Rooms are spatious and comfortable, elevators are fast, breakfast offer is excellent and room delivery was quick and reliable

Although it is generally clean and well maintained, it could undergo renovation. Carpet stains and dirt on the walls is not something you want to look at on your vacation

The bar downstairs is great, great downtown location, and consistent with comfort and service.

The furnishings are becoming a little dated.

Close to World Trade Center location

Rooms need updating , air conditioning did not work , elevator bank went out for day and a half, no parking close by

The close proximity to places I wanted to visit.

I was given a king size room on my first night stay, when I specifically paid for a suite. Was told the website was overbooked! First breakfast, I stated no bacon and no coffee. I ended up getting all these things I said I didn’t want . Second and third morning my muffins were missing, third morning wrong muffins given. Second night ( when I was given the suite) room was dirty. My child’s started to have an asthma attack. Dust everywhere, no wash rags no body wash. Asked for the room to be cleaned, they vacuum and didn’t dust, when I asked for a wet wipe due to my daughter’s asthma. We end up having to wipe the areas ourselves. Someone stole my daughter’s purse case out of the room when they cleaned the room(my daughter and I had to wipe down the room after I also asked for the room to be dusted). My second call today to find out the status of the investigation of where the purse went. If it’s not in lost and found, then where is it?? First call I was told there was no evidence anyone entered the room, yet I received a whole roll out bed on that day! These people are trying to take me for a fool! I was told on the second call, there is no way I received a roll out bed if I already had a couch bed. Well please see the pic below. Third call, investigation is still in progress. I wish to be refunded for the contents I had to repurchase, because if it’s not in lost and found then it was stolen! It doesn’t matter the day, it shouldn’t have left the room to begin with because I hadn’t checked out of my stay! And why isn’t it at lost and found if someone took it out of the room, thinking I checked out?? I will never stay here again, and will not rest till I get the refund for the missing item and the difference for putting me in a lower cost room!!

Quando fiz a reserva com pequeno almoço incluido a intenção era ter uma refeição rápida para logo começar a visita à cidade. Ao chegar fomos informados de que o Hotel não dispõe de restaurante e que o mesmo teria que ser encomendado para o quarto, o que revelou péssimo. Muitas vezes ninguém atendia o telefone tendo que me deslocar à recepção e o pequeno almoço levava na maior parte das vezes 40 a 50 minutos para ser entregue, comprometendo o dia de visitas. Além disoo o quarto não tem condições para 4 pessoas tomarem a refeição. Tanto que nos últimos 3 dias optámos por nem sequer tomar o pequenmo almoço no Hotel.

La camera (avevamo preso una suites) ci è stata data soltanto dal terzo giorno dopo che avevamo scritto del nostro ritardo causa cancellazione voli. Ci hanno messo in una camera doppia in tre dormendo in un matrimoniale. La terza mattina (avevamo fissato una settimana) il manager dell'hotel è intervenuto e siamo andati a dormire dove avevamo fissato. Il disagio è stato comunque grande.

Meget slidt hotel, rengøringspersonale glemte dagligt ting på værelset som, beskidt sengetøj, rengørings middel, ingen opfyldning af sæbe,shampoo og toiletpapir. Der var kun safybox på det ene værelse. Afløb på begge badeværelser var i stykker så der kom vand på gulvet
