The staff made it the best stay, the breakfast was really good, and the rooms are what they look like on the website.

un manque d'écoute du front desk suite a la disparition de ma veste GAP d'une valeur de 100 $ lors du transfert de chambre. je n'ai pas voulue faire un scandale car je sentais bien que le manager ne pouvait rien et n'avait aucun moyen de traiter mon problème.

First Room : toilet did not work, thermostat did not work, phone did not work. Given another room. Trouble with thermostat in this room. Old facility not kept well. Staff ok but unable to help with first room.

The hotel was very well located for me doing business in Norcross. I had stayed at another hotel on previous visits and found them better.

The breakfast was very much a pick and go type of setup, not really what I thought.

I love the comforts of the room and the customer service. I did not get the name of the guy who checks us into our room, but he was very kind, courteous and helped with our luggage. Kudos for his kindness. Loved the weighted blankets and pillows. And the cleaning staff were very helpful and thorough with their cleaning.

I missed breakfast. But the bed was so comfortable that I didn’t want to get up. No dislikes to report.

The breakfast was great and the room was very nice. Quite spacious for myself and my family who traveled in from Arkansas.

The bathroom sink did leak but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. So no concerns there.

Horrible, I rented this hotel because of the comments but they are all false, the rooms need a lot of cleaning, the microwave in one of the rooms I rented was dirty and in the second room the toilet sister kept throwing water. Lots of screaming all night and hitting. Horrible one positive thing the staff

The reviews almost deterred me away from booking, but I’m happy I didn’t. Nice location, nice facility, clean rooms, weighted blankets, spacious rooms, indoor pool, place to hang clothing, front desk clerk was amazing!

I had a bad headache and there was no gift shop to get medicine or snacks. One of the outlets didn’t work.

Hotel was a complete party hotel, so if that is your thing you may love it! Pot everywhere and staff seemed cool with it, very thin walls, very loud hotel hallways. Staff not the best at accommodating and were annoyed to help.

Breakfast area way too crowded and selection not the best. Paper thin walls. Old, heavy doors that slam throughout the night. Terrible water pressure. Staff was hanging out with friends whenever I went through lobby.

It was dirty, I had to clean the bed headboard. There was gum on the wall and gunk by the window on the wall

The gentleman that checked me out was exceptionally sweet!

The staff were fantastic, and there was a decent breakfast spread (can't complain about free!).

Beds weren't super comfortable, and we had the misfortune of being put next to a bachelorette party, which emphasized just how thin the walls are. Luckily, one of the staff on the night shift was very responsive and proactive about attempting to control the noise (much appreciated!).

The interior of the lobby looked shabby and old. The toxic paint smell in my room triggered a migraine headache.

Used condoms in parking lot. Loud construction woke us up at 3:45 am on the 5th floor, the lady at front desk was very snippity & rude.
