Nothing very disappointing vacation

The room was dirty the shampoo was half used the sheet on the one bed had a hole in it and the beds were not queen they were full size very disappointing only kiosk to check in and out and 2nd night my room key didn't work had to go to kiosk 3 ti.es to get a key to get in my room and 2 floors with no elevator also heated indoor pool was not working but advised online and other sign outside

Front desk lady was really nice. Their kiosk assistant machine was pretty cool and very convenient.

It wasn’t clean, towels were dirty and the room was super dusty. The bed was super uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor, my back was hurting from sleeping on that hard rock bed.

I called for a late check out which was provided but the guy cleaning the room still made me leave after being granted late check out saying no exceptions. why provide late check out if staff isn’t going to abide by that rule

there was a hole in the wall all the way through to the hallway that I had to patch up the room was not as clean as it should’ve been. Bathrooms are nasty and there was no customer service on site.

I appreciated the heated pool and the low cost. The front desk was super polite and sweet. We have stayed here before.

The part that we didn't like was that we were in a room that was under construction which is fine. But then the room smelled like moldy feet. But we were too exhausted and has checked in early so not many rooms for available anyways. I wish we had just waited because later the first night there were roaches everywhere. Everytime we walked into the bathroom the roaches would run everywhere. We had brought food in and set it down on the table for just a few minutes and when I walked back over to it a roach was in it so I threw all my food away.

Breakfast was almost non existent

Check in clerk was terrific. Breakfast options were awful...cereal but no milk, expired yogurt. Coffee was good. Our room was nice but floor had lots of long black hair.

The outside looked as per the photos on booking.com

The photos on the website are not a true reflection, while the outside looks exactly the same, the inside is in need of some attention and renovation, this is more a motel or truck stop kind of atmosphere. I spoke with the owner of the place as this is operated by a gentleman and his wife - I asked why the deceptive photos and he said verbatim, that's your problem, you do not have to stay. He assured me no charges would be made to my card - we had book 3 rooms for 2 nights but as soon as I left the property my card was debited.

looked old didn’t like the blind they had up. you can see everything threw it. felt uncomfortable the hallway long scarey.walk up stair need some up dating. don’t look like pics online.thank you

There was no breakfast except coffee

I was charged twice by staff on my card. He’s promised to refund one payment but I’m still yet to get my refund.

The location was great.

The sheets were stained and asked the staff to change them. We were gone for a couple of hours. When we came back they hadn’t been changed…. was told they were clean they just had stains. We had to speak with management to get them changed.
