The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. It was a quick check-in process. I liked that the parking was gated. The facility had a public restroom for after I had checked out of my room.

The room had a weird smell, and it didn't quite have a clean smell. The breakfast area was very small, and it was hard to get the breakfast items without being extremely close or bumping into the other guests. The TV needs to be upgraded from cable.

I liked the property as it was very convenient to our destination. it is very clean and comfortable

the lady who checked us in and charged our card for any damage ( ok I get that), but said she’d have to charge us because what it was was more than when we booked….ummm no we booked and paid the rate…we will dispute if they charge the card

Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower with hot water. Easy access to the freeway and restaurants.

We were not impressed with level of cleaning. The room had one of those hotel carpets you're uncomfortable walking barefoot on, it feels like dirt has just built-up over the years. We had sugar ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was super busy because the area was so small, and water and food was not refilled after like 9:45 even tho it said it was open until 10. the AC unit was super loud and dated. Elevator was super slow.

The breakfast was really good, plenty options to choose. The room was clean and comfy beds. Nice game room for the kids to play. beautiful hotel. if we ever going back to that place, we will get the same hotel.

We did not use the inside pool, it has a strong smell of pool chemicals. Do not know if is because is inside, we did not get in. we used the laundry and the clothing stay wet, I'm guessing trying a few times to see if it get dry. we did not have the time so we just leave

I liked the safety features, felt like a new hotel everything was clean. The breakfast was good and the front desk never complained if we needed anything.

I didn’t know you had to request housekeeping services, the room was pretty small and you could get into the bathroom and the closet at the same time bc of the sliding door.
