The location was perfect. Staff was amazing. Kids loved the pool

The lights in our room were little funny. Moxie wasn't very good and way to expensive for the quality of food they served.

Restaurant on site, big clean rooms and helpful staff.

The light switch was glitching when u turn it on the floor didn't seem leveled

Terrible service at front desk. if you’re ordering food during your stay, bring cutlery from home as this place will give millions excuses to not have cutlery and other kitchen supplies

Holly was exceptional, very accomodating. We forgot our cc for the damage deposit and she let use our debit card for it. Also, the receptionist when we checked our was really nice as well :)

We are 3 people in one room been set up only for two Short on towel and cups

A/C was on when we entered our room, it was freezing. we spent over an hour under the blanket in bed until the room warmed up. The bathroom never did get warm and neither did the water in the bathroom. The sink was plugged. I ran the water for several minutes waiting for it to get warm, but the sink would fill up before that happened. I tried to use the bathtub faucet but it also didn’t get warm. Luckily we were only there for one night and just to sleep.

light bulb was broken so room was kinda dark with only one light and two lamps … front lady just stared us down every time we went out for a smoke and just gave us a dirty look

When I booked I asked for a room as high up as possible. At check in I was given a lower floor than my relative who had not made a special request. He was on the 'executive' floor (he thinks because of his credit card)... the difference it made was in the bed/bedding and general quality of the room.

the room had a very strong odor that is very noticible as soon as the door was opened. i had left a shirt on the couch and when i got home, the odor was just as strong on the shirt as it was in the room. i don't know what it could have been. it was nasty.
