I wasn’t told that the casino wasn’t there yet. How to use the elevator and no where’s to eat

Very nice hotel with a very welcoming gentleman on the desk. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice view over some of Red Deer. There is also a pool and boutique shops. Breakfast was very good and filling to set us up for the day. The hotel is being renovated to make it even better. Highly recommended.

Not much we didn't like. Maybe and hopefully they'll put in some dropped curbs from the car park to the hotel to make pulling baggage easier. Only a minor gripe and to be fair maybe we didn't see if there was a better place to cross.

Comfortable beds. Had room on main floor not connected to elevator. Ideal because elevator line seemed to always be long. Pool and steam room area nice.

Booking.com had breakfast included but no breakfast provided at this hotel.

They could not find my booking confirmation on the system (due to them changing that system earlier in the day). Despite having empty rooms, and me proposing to pay twice, they would not let me stay. Staff were very rude. Exceedingly unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

it was close to several food options and in close proximity to the dance competition we were attending. staff were friendly and helpful.

the outside of the building is an eye sore. could use a face lift. pillows were huge, woke up with sore necks. perhaps giving the option of a couple large pillows and a couple small would be best. Food in the lobby restaurant is ok. Club lounge ran out of bottled water the first day and was never replenished. elevators are extremely slow. Do not think it is worth the price they charge for a stay in Red Deer. if you are charging $260/night it should be an exceptional stay.

Doors slams really loud so could here slaming doors all night everytime someone left or came in there room.

Easy quick checkin and out was able to get our room early. Also excellent breakfast included.

Pet friendly, no extra charge for pets, which is awesome as pets are a lot better guests than a lot of people. Breakfast coupons nice touch order hot food off menu in restaurant.

Room was dated and in need of repairs and renos

Staff were great and very friendly. Great location.

There was no hot water in the morning. The pool and hot tub were not operating. The hotel definitely needs updating. Pillows were horrible!

Best location in Red Deer with restaurants close by, easy to get to Centrium. The downstairs lounge had great friendly service.

The rugs need cleaning but the bathroom was spotless. Club floor is where you want.to be.
