The GM was very helpful and concerned. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Amenities were upto the mark.

The restaurant at the hotel was disappointing as they didn’t have whatever we ordered from the menu. The things we ordered seemed to be frozen food as the quality and taste was not we expected.

I am normally not hard to please but this place is in need of some major safety repairs. When walking on the back restaurant deck we noticed a very noticeable hole in the decking that could really cause some damage to someone not seeing it.. Another one in the same area but thankfully had a board over top of it and a planter kindly on top. The place could definitely use some additions to its outdoor lighting for safety reasons. Our room which was over 200$ night was stinky. Old carpet definitely doesn't help. I did notice other rooms with new flooring though. The cabinet in our room was old and almost broken. Most if not all of the ice machines were out of order... Otter doors had broken glass.... No safe in room.

My stay at Ramada Jackson's Point was enjoyable. Everything at this hotel is exceptionally excellent, from rooms to food to cleanliness, but I am overwhelmed by the attitude at the front desk. They are the friendliest people I have ever met. Not only friendly but very respectful towards their staff too. The manager was kind enough to guide us about things.

There wasn't much to like in all honesty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The only thing that was great about it was the location. The hotel needs updates, cleaning, and better customer service, especially for the price.

The price for the quality of this hotel is not worth it. It is way too expensive for the cleanliness level and poor customer service. They need to do some big upgrades in order to want to stay here again.

Location near the water's edge was beautiful. Room was quite large for a suite, and the bathroom was spacious. Great to have a balcony as well.

The facilities were quite dated. Stairs were broken going up to our room on the second floor. Lighting in the bathroom was extremely dim. Towels were small and very scratchy. Price was extremely high for the quality of the room.

The menu at the restaurant, did not have a lot of vegan options for my friends so we did not eat at the restaurant I did not see towels when I went to use the pool even though towels was listed as been provided. Did not have mugs for coffee in the room

The walls are falling apart everything's patched up very old for the money that you pay for everything's falling apart. It's too bad it would have been a great place to go for a getaway but it's way to run down makes you feel depressed after what you pay and what you got I like to go to getaway to rest not to get depressed.

We had an AWESOME experience at Ramada Jacksons Point. Every staff we encountered from front desk to housekeeper was friendly & professional. Our lake view room was beautiful and facilities were spotless! We could not have asked for a better stay! We will definitely be back.

Very nice hospitality. It’s pet friendly so we can bring our pet with us. Staff especially housekeeping and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Love this place and will come back for sure.

We had a great experience with Ramada Jacksons Point! Our family room was nice and excellent view of the lake. We had breakfast and dinner. Every meal was great, juice and fruit were fresh, and steak was amazing

The room was not clean. The room smelled very bad when we arrived. The bed was absolutely not comfortable.

They didn’t issue a proper invoice to my company, said it was supposed to be done by booking and after I called them 3 times they yet haven’t done it…..
