Checkin was quick. Staff was pleasant
Restaurant staff wanted to make the floors “clean enough to eat off of” (her words) while ignoring the flies buzzing around our table. The light around the bathroom mirror worked only when it wanted to. The coffee table was broken. The hotel charges a premium price for a substandard experience

The room was clean and the service was exceptional. Greg from sales asked us about our stay during a trip in the elevator. We also went on the bumper cars. They are a blast.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. When I needed last minute printing before my meeting Mark made sure I was ready to go. The room was clean and the restaurant has amazing food.

Check in was quick and fantastic and the room was great and clean. The city of Saint John is beautiful and having a harbour view room made my stay.

Location was good. Rooms were so so.
Elevator stopped working. Had to use the fire exit stairs. Hard with 3 kids and having back issues. No signs or anything letting people know, just a elevator that didnt work. Pillow case in our room had orange/yellow stains on it. Was hair in the bath tub. Jets in the hot tub didn't work.. went for birthday supper at the on site restaurant, they didnt have my first option whch was steak, nor did they have chicken parmagani, or draft beer. Cost us.+ $160
for our meal for 2 adults and 3 kids. entertainment center had multiple things not working. Worker didn't know how to turn black lights on for mini golf. Bowling pins would only put half down at a time. bought a braclet for a hour and a half of whatever you wanted to do, but was told we couldnt use bumper cars anymore becuase there was a birthday party booked. Very inexperienced staff. We always stayed here every visit to st john, which is a few times a year. We were going to try Hamptons Inn this time but I decided to stick with this hotel even after the brand change, but we were let down for sure. We'll definitely be trying something else next time if these issues aren't addressed.

I found the main areas of the hotel very clean. Plus the room was quite tidy as well. The property had a pool and hot tub. There was a restaurant on site. There is a games room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The bedding was fluffy, white and clean. There was a safe, fridge and mini keurig in the room. No microwave but the staff offered to bring one up. Staff went out of their way and were appreciative of compliments. When we were put in a room without a Harbour View , which we had reserved, they apologized, switched us to a Harbour View on a higher floor and have us 2 complimentary drink tickets at the bar within the restaurant.
It was very hard to find any information about the restaurant. I think, also, because the hotel has a new name and is being renovated, it leads to some confusion. Door Dash couldn't find us. The sign outside should say Crown Plaza. The restaurant is not very inviting and once I found a menu the prices seem a bit steep in comparison with other similar hotel restaurants. The hot tub is a nice touch but not really hot and quite small. The pool is nice.

Very comfortable beds, fabulous bathroom, modern and clean. Near the ferry. Breakfast looked excellent but we were not able to try it because we had to leave too early.

Ground floor under construction, dirty and dusty air. Elevator extremely slow. Once didn't come at all. Exercise room closed. Bathroom electrical plug didn't work in room

The best was the best, and so worth every cent . Great rooms, beautiful view. We were on the 8th floor.
Food at the downstairs restaurant was amazing.
It would if been nice to have an extra blankets in the room. , during my booking it said the room could sleep 5 to 7. But it only had 2 doubles, not queens and the was no sofa or anything else .

under construction, dreaming guest at 1230 am Friday, barking dog till 1am Friday, fire alarm for no fire 1 am Saturday… no hot water Saturday due to burst pipe( no fault of staff)

the rooms are comfortables and new. just the water is not hot enough haha but the weather was about -25 outside so I guess that was the reason. the hotel are having some renovations so Doesnt looks so nice in elevators and aisle but the rooms are like in a top hotel.
room looks like brand new. coffee in the room, microwave and the lamp charger was so beautiful and modern 👏🏻.

The room quality, cleanliness and comfort for the price will be the reason I book again. Breakfast buffet is basic but good for the free breakfast.
The restaurant was not our favorite, but the morning breakfast buffet was good for the included breakfast.

Location, easy to get to the Ferry
This hotel is very dated. Ceilings in hallway to elevator and elevators are missing. The king bed was well
worn. I kept rolling to the outside. Money definitely needs to be used to fix this hotel up.
