Location. Staff was nice.

Hot water was unreliable.

The staff was very dry and helpful and everything was very clean and looked great.

The water pressure in the shower was very low and it was difficult rinsing after shampooing. The bed was also very hard and not comfortable. The lights over the sick were harsh and bright!

It was very well managed and clean. Unfortunately, the pipe had broken and there was no hot water. They made accommodations for us, which was very much appreciated.

They were very tentative and made sure that all our needs were met.

They canceled my stay

Altido canceled my stay claiming a pestcontrol issue 24hs prior to arrival in a week where the city was at 90% occupancy. booking was made months in advance. one would say good that they cancel if there was a pest issue, but they just canceled and did not give me any alternative ruining my vacation, and they gave a different reason to booking.com, to them they told them "overbooking" so what was it. we never know. I had to find another property in less thn 24 hs, double pay and wait for credit card refund times, same quality/size/area type of property was already all booked or at a higher price. basically they ruined my vacation with friends and family. DO NOT TRUST THEM. on the bright side they did the refund. ohh and i as upon cancelation I called immediately without thinking I now have a 75usd phone charge in my phone service.....who will pay for that?

The convenience of the hotel to work. The bed was comfortable.

The shower was ok and the hairdryer was terrible. Didn't like how the TV clicker worked. Also when checking in there were 4 staff and one was on the computer. my coworker and I sanded there for 10 min waiting while the other 3 didn't acknowledge us. :(

Though I didn't require much attention or service the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable. The bed was great. The location was 5 minutes from where I needed to go.

The one thing I didn't like was trying to get something I left in my room (laptop charger cord) sent to me. Staff told me I needed to send a shipping label and a credit card authorization. Why a shipping label? So redundant! (I had a loaner for only 14 days, otherwise it will cost $100.) Why couldn't I just send a check for $25, or just a credit card authorization so you could do all the shipping from your end? At this point it looks like I will not get the cord in time. It seems like this is too much corporate regulation and not enough personal touch.

housekeeping took my watch and denied it was left in the room

The location was perfect ~ quiet yet close to interstate one direction & countryside the other! Minutes drive from historical sites, museums, restaurants, and shops. Our room was very comfortable ~ and staff friendly & accommodating!

We did not like the windows NOT opening so no fresh air. Also our room thermostat did not work; the morning was very cold.
