Location was great. According to info on hotel, there was supposed to be cheese snd crackers in the afternoon. That had been discontinued but still in hotel info. We asked for a wake up call but never received one.

the shower and bathroom light didn’t work. the shower had a massive repaired crack and the water wouldn’t run at all. the light around the mirror was out as well which made the bathroom extremely dark. the door to the room needed to be forced shut to close.

Breakfast well appreciated, but variety not consistent. We stayed two nights, the first day they served scrambled eggs, absent on the second morning. Orange juice available on the first day, nothing but infused water on the second. Yogurts containers full on first day, almost empty on second. Lack of whole wheat bread, just white flour bread and bagels (bagels hard). Plate of fresh fruit on first day, nothing on second. Fitness area although not used seemed very well equipped compared to other similar hotels.

Nothing compared to the breakfast experience of the mid-2010 (breakfast was at that time excellent and had a variety of items). Bathroom and shower area would definitely need an upgrade. A couple of floor tiles places lifted, with grout absent. The fan in bathroom not working, so smell would remain. Absence of shower /towel carpet.

Your complementary breakfast was very good the best of any hotel I have stayed at.

The bathroom in my room needed some serious maintenance, the toilet seat was about to fall off, the shower door leaked a puddle in the floor and the shower floor was cracked all the way across. (hope it was not leaking on the people below)

The location was really good for being in the area that my business me was taking place at. I was able to take care of everything that I needed.

Having to kill two spiders within the shower area and dealing with a leaking hot water knob. The floor was just a little dirty with hair from someone else.

Coffee was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious.

Dirty. Cockroach in the hall on the rug for my entire stay. Room itself was not super clean. Furniture was scratched and worn. Not a pad of paper or pen in room. One single glass in the kitchen. Breakfast staff used their bare hands for breads/ pastries while setting up.

The hotel is modern, clean, with pleasant large rooms with mini kitchens - quite comfortable. I like the bikes available for guest use & how cooperative & helpful most of the staff is. Also the little path opposite the entrance that leads to Minuteman National Park, makes running and walks possible - hotel should mark it more clearly.

It would be nice if the air conditioners were quieter. The hotel could encourage long stay guests by providing regular towels, trash, toilet paper, shampoo etc & a complimentary laundry card.

This place is Quite and clean with a model style. The hot breakfast is very good too

Room was not as clean as it should be - cups under the bed. doors slam really loud.

Location is good since it is next to the highway. But far away from any restaurant in Lexington. Kitchen and fridge in the room is nice to have.

The rooms are outdated. My shower was broken and water was leaking everywhere. Cleaning was also not perfect. The bed could use some upgrade as well and the carpets in the hallways need to be replaced or cleaned. I stayed for 2 nights but nobody came to clean the room. There were also no glasses in the room so when I wanted to have a drink there was nothing to drink it from (so why is there a fridge if there are no glasses?). I asked reception if they could bring up glasses but there weren't any in the hotel they said. Breakfast is served on paper plates.

The man at the front desk was very nice.

the beds are incredibly comfortable. Rooms are so clean. Kitchen is useful especially being on the road. Quiet location.

I do wish there was a dinner option IN the hotel
