Clean, comfort beds.

The room was absolutely disgusting there were burn marks on the chair and bed and to be honest we both felt very unsafe and the ammentities and pictures posted were completely false. It was not worth the money and at this rate we would like our money back that's how bad this place is we will never try to stay here again.

Due to the design of the building, you could hear everyone having breakfast and using the pool starting at 6:30am every day. If you don’t like being woken up early, this is most certainly not for you. I also booked through Booking.com and check in was a nightmare - the hotel didn’t have our reservation and the staff was not very communicative about what was going on unless we basically interrogated them. It was overall clean, but there were a lot of preexisting damages like holes in the walls and such.

I called confirm check in time on the day of check in(5/20/23) and was told by the receptionist that my stay was cancelled. He said that 20 people had been overbooked. Later I found that the Taylor Swift concert had made accommodations in the area expensive and scarce. I suspect the hotel canceled me so they could double/triple the rate to customers in the wake of this event.

Location is good.

Breakfast was very minimal, the room was pretty clean, but very basic, with a massive window facing inside the hotel, which did not allow us to have light and intimacy at the same time.

You only offered waffles they stuck to the burner off at Noyle for the burner very few selections in the fridge no muffins no cereal not much of anything but waffles Pachuca anyway take off the burner

The staff was very friendly and helpful

There was a lot of peeling paint on the ceiling of the room and possible mold. The garage smelled horrific.
