Bed very comfortable. Nice staff. Very clean. Convenient location.

Coffee in room not very good. Had to pay for things most hotels have for free. Also no charging ports or stations for electronics in room.

Alisha at the front desk was fabulous!!!Everyday she was a breath of fresh air. She needs to be a trainer for some of the others at the front desk. The Place was Beautiful,great location ,and super easy to get too. Got a $ 30 day credit didn't know why when I checked out I would've know so I could have used it on breakfast

That I couldn't ask for my room to be clean day of request. Checking in the young lady was friendly. At Check out found out I had a $30 credit. Wish I know before hand

Hello ! I paid $1024 , I taught the breakfast was included but no when I was at the restaurant they make me pay for my breakfast it was the only issue that I have. Thank you !

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The environment was quiet and decorated nicely. The room size was decent. The hotel did fix a mistake with my booking and it was taken care of.

The breakfast that was included in the booking was not acutally included. I was charged extra for breakfast although my booking said breakfast included. The problem was resolved so other than that it was all good.

Most of the staff were nice and the lobby area was nice.

Only one person running the front desk. Took about 30 mins to check in. The restaurant was a waste of time and way to expensive for what little they had to offer at dinner. The beds were hard, the vents had months of dust all over them. The telephone didn’t work, very little lighting in the room. I could go on and on. I wish I had took pictures.

The room was clean nice and comfortable.

There was no hot water. We had to checkout with out taking a shower. The woman at the front desk had an attitude about the situation. We weren't even offered to stay late and checkout after hot water would be returned.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The balcony I paid extra for had mold covered all on it, the dressers had scratches all over them. The shower had mold in the corners. The chair in the room was stained and had rips on it. I checked out an hour after I checked in.

I did not eat breakfast but the location was perfect.

They could have had 2 vans going back and forth from the event for less wait times. The Trolley driver was very nice but had the heat on high so it was uncomfortable to pack in the van.
