Location
When you booking says the breakfast is included, is a complete joke, no breakfast at all , just one jar of coffee and one jar of hot water with some sachets next , for the price you can find a good hotel with real breakfast included , I pay for deluxe studio says is complete with toast machine and other kitchen accessories but is totally different not have nothing , stove top came out of pieces, i turn microwave for heat my coffee start a fire 🔥, a lot stains at carpet floors we supposed to be there for 2 nights we going out same day we arrive 4am for checking and checkout at 8pm

smelled like weed in the hallways, people running around in the floor above could easily be heard in our room, hard to get back to sleep

A breakfast wasn’t anything to give you a whoopy about it was coffee and muffin very bare. I walked to the waffle house and had breakfast.
I didn’t have any shampooer and conditioner to shower with.

The front desk girl at check in was very friendly and helpful.
KITCHEN SINK AND dishwasher didnt drain and were filthy. The breakfast was a muffin. And hot water for tea. The garbage in the breakfast room was full to overflowing at 6:30 am……..so it must have been there for days, because there wasn’t anything from the breakfast that would fill up the garbage in one day . There was no ice machine anywhere on the premises.

When we arrived at 1 in the morning after driving for 6 hours we came through the parking lot to multiple people in their vehicles playing loud music and yelling. I know this is an extended stay place but it appeared people were living there for a while.
When we walked into the lobby it smelt of weed. Not something I wanted to explain to my 7 and 10 year old. Then there was no one at the desk for check in.
When we went to the room and opened the door there was an employee in the room eating…can’t blame her for getting away for a break tho.
The breakfast was not a hot breakfast and was not stocked.

Comfy beds! Loved that part.
Staff was horrible. Morning breakfast was a disaster. You have to tell the staff if they are out of something. I went down for breakfast and nothing was stocked including the coffee. I asked for coffee and was told that it will have to be made so it will take 10 minutes. She was back there in her phone instead of making sure food and coffee were stocked.

The breakfast was lacking of breakfast and the other tenants were uncontrollable on drugs and kept everyone up all night and morning

the tub was not clean, the toilet barely flushed, the roll away bed was nasty and we did not use it. it had stains all over it just looked dirty. No breakfast but the website stated that would be.
