Poor quality muffins and no variety

There was ample parking.

It was very tired and dirty. If I had paid half as much as I did, I would say I got what I paid for.

No elevator working

The breakfast was good, a lot of different options

Very run down place but it's alright if you need a place to put your head down for a night. They definitely need to lower their price a few bucks

The shower was broken and had no hot water. After a long drive from Brandon MB all I wanted was a hot shower. The TV was set to additional words and could not be removed so TV watching was not possible without a voice describing all the actions. This was very annoying for someone who falls asleep while watching TV. The walls were dirty with wallpaper peeling off. By far the worst room I have ever stayed in. The girl answering the phone was very unhelpful for out of town travelers.

Staff was okay

Room was too far to access wifi. Breakfast said it opened at 6 but it was late as the guy who prepares it came late.

Better towels. The ones we had were rags. No TV remote in room and staff could not provide one. Elevator broken! Room on 3rd floor. Why to much for 2 seniors. Handicap door opener not working

Pool was icecold, room was not clean, washroom was not great, no exhaust fan inside, some sort of smell was theoughout the property

Breakfast was ok. Location was ok.

Homeless people wandered the hotel at will. Outside door that was supposed to be a card read secure door did not even have a lock! There was a hole where the lock had been removed! Reported to front dedk, not fixed. Everytime I took my dog outside I was instantly surrounded by begging homeless people! Homeless left their bikes in parking lot and entered hotel for breakfast! Staff did NOTHING to secure the hotel!

Room temperature, pool was freezing-definitely not heated, no cots-small beds that were uncomfortable

A very old old building and it wasn’t updated or clean

This place should be torn down and rebuilt. Dirty , rundown , smells bad , the only thing missing is bedbugs . Do not waste your money and stay here

This place is rundown and dirty. Elevator broken, pool broken, bathroom broken. DO NOT STAY here

Pool out of order, elevator out of order, some breakfast facilities not working, hot water not working in some rooms, no mattress (just box spring in one room), toilet seat broken in one room, ketchup on the TV, heater/air conditioner machine falling off wall, rooms generally not clean (sticky surfaces), WiFi not working in rooms

The continental breakfast was ok. The pancake maker was out of order

The elevator was out of order and the pool was closed. The bathroom really needs updating especially the tub. It was very poor shape.

The girl at front desk

The most horrible experience I have ever had get there no pool…construction down my whole hallway and no elevator… My room was the kicker and I do not want to even go there…The staff was wonderful at front desk when we left after seeing room…but still waiting to get money back

This was very dirty,old,unclean. There was either blood or food spilled on the walls; not cleaned, sheets and bedstead was stained and towels were stained.

Breakfast selection was good.

A microwave for hot cereal.

Staff are nice! Continental breakfast is ok.

Everything in the hotel is terrible especially the beds!

Facility was ok just had a bad experience with a neighbor's and ĺots of noise till 3 am .
