The room was a good size. It provided TV, and small fridge

The room was less than 60 F when we arrived. There was only one electric baseboard heater that took more than an hour to start to warm the room. The door moulding was not wide enough so there was a major draft of the -4 C air outside coming in. We eventually used the foot blanket from the bed as a draught block. The bed was soft and so we sunk into the middle towards one another.

Lots. Steps going into room were not level. TV way to small. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Poor access to plug ins. Way over priced for a 1980s style room.

Location was good

There was rarely any staff there. The room was not clean, hair in the sink. Paid for an upgrade to have a sofa bed and no linens in the room and no staff to ask. The one extra blanket that was in the room very thin and had multiple large holes, cuts and burns. Opened the curtain and curtain rod fell off the wall, as it was secured to the wall with no drywall anchors and fine thread machine screws.

Good parking behind the building. Room was quiet considering located on busy road. Staff were great. Allowed me to check in early. It was what I would expect for the price I paid. I was looking for inexpensive......not five star.

Hotel is dated. Rooms are dated including the bathroom.

No bkfst. Location a little out of downtown

No restaurant nearby

Property is undergoing a major exterior renovation which carried on throughout the weekend. It would be disruptive to anybody expecting peace and quiet, unless they had earplugs. Still the property is the best rate in Kelowna.

under construction and wasn’t what was in the pictures. hallway smelled of smoke and the entrance was difficult to get in and out of. the beds had reddish brown stains and there was hair on the pillow case and blankets.

Warm room with own thermostat, newer LCD TV, kind staff at the frontdesk

It's an older motel and the room was dated, ugly and dirty

property is completely out dated. room condition is so bad you wouldn’t stay. as soon as you enter you will smell so bad.
