l'hotel és correcte. Disposa de piscina per relaxar-se. És un lloc ideal per parar. Té bons restaurants a prop a preus raonables. L'esmorzar és correcte tot i que podria haver-hi més varietat saludable.
Els llits són petits. Les habitacions familiars amb 2 llits per a 4 persones tenen els llits molt petits. Deuen ser de 1.35m. La resta de l'habitació és correcta i neta.

This might not be on the hotel management stuff but there were many unattended children running on the hallways trashing the place and making noise.

I didn't like the fact that The room were not cleaned after I asked for it to be cleaned.No fresh towels had to ask the front also we were only given towels and there was no shampoo from the beginning and I was given individual Bottles because nobody had a key 2 open up the dispenser

Was told would be next to our family that booked 3 night stay when checked in said note it's not available but was blaming another team member when it was the same lady that checked us in

The only issue we had was on the return. We waited almost an hour for the shuttle, seeing the Hilton shuttle pass by several times within that window

this is an exceptionally fine place. the criteria for excellence is there. selected a spacious room with a sofa area, wonderful lighting in reading and bathroom, the bed was perfect, heating on an extremely freezing day was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful. the receptionist people were very helpful. the swimming pool was good. Close to 495 and local restaurants. The price was great too. After staying in more than eight hotels in the area this was by far the best.

Bed foundation made a lot of noise when you moved.
Function happening at the time- lots of kids slamming doors ( not the fault of the inn).

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
The large parties of hockey kids running around at 11pm, pulling fire alarms was insane. I wish I'd read Google reviews before booking here to see that this is apparently a popular hockey game booking for families. The fire alarm going off at 10:45 at night I can only imagine came from these kids running throughout the hotel unsupervised. The hotel seems to need a deep cleaning as well.
