The people at the desk were very helpful when the heat didn't work in our room, we were given a new room very quickly. They remained helpful and good natured throughout the extremely busy weekend. The condition of the room - it could be updated but all hotels seem to all have been built at the same time - 30 years ago! Restaurant service was great too.

Everything was great! I didn't use the pool or arcade or bar, but the room was really nice, parking was excellent, and the breakfast was really good! Plus, the people who helped me at the front desk for check in and check out were both very nice! Over all, I had a great experience and will definitely stay at this location again!

It's probably time to update the HVAC systems in the room - noisy. Otherwise, hotel was very clean and nice.

Hotel is huge with nice sized rooms and rooms are clean.
Breakfast service and food choices were top notch. Staff is friendly and attentive to diners needs. Will stay there again.

It's location is right off the highway but sets back from the road so there is very little traffic noise. Everything in our room was excellent - great towels and good lights for reading in bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, many choices real plates and silverware - outstanding. Highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and up-to-date. I just wish the breakfast went past 8 AM. And also, they should have more than one person working at night in case somebody needs something brought to the room

View out window, parking lot condition, amenities in room very sparse and limited. No cup by sink, no paper and pen. Room next door, all night “father” very loud and yelling at child who was crying and running around their room…..I figure I got 3 nap periods in instead of a restful sleep!
Loved your hair dryer! Had just stayed at BW in Bedford and I could not get my hair dry, their dryer was terrible! Seems silly, but a real nuisance!

Double charged me and are refusing refund. Broken bathroom doors, had no privacy in bathroom. Friend of ours found blood in their sheets in a newly checked into room.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size. The included breakfast was great and coffee or tea is available 24/7.
This hotel is under a needed renovation. The lobby, public restrooms, hallways and room decor are dated and in need of upgrade or repair.

Everything went well. Room seemed different then the pictures in the listing. Listing also showed full size bathroom products so i didnt bring any But only small that was gone after one wash. Asked for more towels from housekeeping she told she put them in the bathroom and she didnt leave extra or any new wash cloths. But over all it was an ok time

The photos are clearly not of this property as the rooms are old and dirty and have not been upgraded in years. The room smelled horribly, had bugs flying around in it and there was a beer bottle cap on the ground since the room had not been cleaned well at all. Although we had 4 nights booked, within 15 minutes of checking in, we found and booked another hotel across the street and checked out.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location even though it was a last minute booking, after a horrible experience we’ve encountered at Extended stay America on westboro . We left that hotel the same night to come to Best Western,,, it was the best decision ever. Beast western is very clean, nice , neat, and beautiful. There were lots of events over the weekend, my family is very well satisfied
