They promised housekeeping and towels change on the second day of our stay, but it did not materialize.

it was close to the metro and beds were comfy!

we were gone all day and when we came back found that 200 dollars was missing from my wallet and it was moved in my purse! and still waiting for response from corporate about this and it has been over a week and a half !

It was just okay.

I think for over $300 a night I shouldn’t have to ask to have my bed made up.

the rooms were like small apartment, prefect when traveling with kids. the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Extremely accommodating staff, very clean facilities and the breakfast was great! It pleased an 8 year old up to a 67 year old. Wonderful proximity to the Metro, good variety of restaurants and a Whole Foods. Beautiful and safe area.

Very convenient to the Metro station n a quiet area suitable for walking around without fear of being run over by traffic . All Staff were exceptional!!! Large rooms with a large desk and work area comfortable for 2 people. Pots and pans in the kitchen were good quality and allowed us to cook a few meals in the room.

The housekeeping services were sparse. The building is old and shows wear. Furniture in the room was worn.

Location was great!

Good breakfast buffet, very helpful staff kept the food coming and the dining area tidy, even at peak dining time. Location is convenient to the Lincoln Memorial end of the Mall and Georgetown with lots of dining options nearby.

Hotel is under renovations (Feb-March 2023) which I don't recall being informed about when making the reservations. The elevators clearly are being used to move materials in and out. Parking in the basement garage was jammed with lots of construction materials taking up lots of parking spaces. Concrete dust was all over my car at departure.

Cleaning. I always stay at this hotel and I don't know what happened this time but they only cleaned the room twice in a week of stay.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and courteous. Welcome snack bags for the kids were very thoughtful(Frito's, Chocolate). Popcorn and Water in lobby is nice. It is in a decent location if you are looking for a place in Foggy Bottom.

This hotel is in transition. Our room was dated and not very clean. Sofa bed was not made and there was a cherry stem and other dirt on the sofa bed mattress. The hotel is under construction. Parking is EXTREMELY limited. Be sure to have a parking plan before you come, they may not have a space for you in their garage(which is very tight).

The hotel staffs are hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast was generous which you can have in a to go box, very convenient when heading out. The location is safe and quiet and mid-way to the tourist places. The room is very spacious and kept clean, with good facilities.

We would have appreciated being informed beforehand that the hotel lobby is being renovated during our stay. It would been an important part of our decision in choosing the hotel. We were disturbed by some noise and the dust coming from the construction work. Over-all, our family had a wonderful time staying there.

The location was excellent. The buffet breakfast I'm accustomed to at Residence Inn properties was nonexistent due to hotel renovations

The fact that there was no buffet breakfast due to hotel renovation, and the fact that I didn't know about said renovation until I walked into the hotel lobby. The only thing the front desk attendant could say was, 'it was on the website", as if people don't use other sources to find hotel rooms, like booking.com!

The best part was walking distance to Monument and museums.

Paid parking for staying guests.
