very convienient budget hotel, very well located, reasonably priced

Staff was really nice. Good breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Close to everything we went to.

Parking garage is a little tough to maneuver. Bathroom on the small side.

The fact that it was clean and the room actually looked like in the pictures. Parking was easy.

The elevator

Very close to downtown, free parking and breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Pillows aren't comfortable.

The location was excellent (close to lots of shops and malls). The room was fine; I just thought the earth toned color scheme was out of date.

The breakfast could have been a bit more varied. It was adequate but I think some items could have changed.

Poor Breakfast

Second time booking because the previous stay experience was excellent. It's consistently good with spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. Free parking and complimentary breakfast are provided. It's a 10-minute drive to the National Mall in DC, and there are many Chinese restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Overall, I really like it.

1/ I expected continental breakfast, but it was better than a continental one. 2/ 0-24 free coffee service

Our flight got cancelled and I informed the property that we will arrive one day later. Nevertheless when we arrived the day after, we were informed that our room was not available anymore and it was a no-show. I do not understand that at all: I informed the property, we had to pay our two full nights and have not gotten a room to stay and we had to look for a new room at 10pm. We then were told, that we will get one night reimburst, but have not gotten anything back until now. And it is not possible to reach the hotel, neither directly or via booking. Very bad and be aware that the communication is very poor!

We appreciated the shuttle service to the Metro station and there were a lot of choices for breakfast. The parking was also free and off of the street.

The location is the best and this place has potential if you hire the right person to manage it

The carpet in my room was still wet and the smell was disgusting. If you do cleaning carpet job at least open the windows to let run the air in/out. it was awful to sleep in those conditions. Add fruits options for the breakfast please

Receptionist was cortegious on the phone as well at check in. She welcomed us with a smile and that alone makes everything easy. Love the shuttle bus service and all the maps and info flyers available at the lobby. Hotel location was very close to the metro station and restaurants. Facility and room was clean.

Although the room looked clean there was a weird smell when you first enter the room. Bathroom was definitely clean but curtains had a bad odor as well. I wish there was more variety on the breakfast menu, one can get tired of having the same running eggs on the third day of the stay.

Great central location, ticked all the boxes for the stay I required. Breakfast was adequate and the room was kept clean and restocked all week whereas many hotels aren't doing that now post-COVID.

Parking was a bit of a challenge on certain nights if I had arrived back at the hotel later in the evening, however, they did have underground parking for overflow.
