Beautiful place, friendly staff, and I got an early checkin.

I paid for a premium room but ended up in a standard room because the hotel was having live, amplified music in the courtyard over which the premium room was located. Turns out they do this many nights. It is absolutely impossible to sleep as a result. I had to pack up and move to a standard room after I returned from dinner because the noise was crushing. The person at the front desk was efficient at this, but I did not get the room that I paid for because *all* premium rooms are over the courtyard where the live, amplified music is pumped most nights.

The hotel itself is very chic and in a happening location. We loved the restaurant especially the bar it had an amazing espresso martini.

Comfortable beds & pillows. Nice location. I enjoyed the design of the interior. Our room was quiet.

Mercy Me charges a 22% service fee automatically. This is not the tip but a service fee for the restaurant. We had an overall bad experience there. Bad management practices

The bathroom didn’t have an air vent and the shower had no door. The bed was also too soft for my back.

Polite and friendly staff, lively restaurant downstairs with something always going on (but not so lively thay I couldn't sleep or didn't feel safe), attractive rooms, great location. The surrounding neighbourhood is pretty and quiet, but you're still close to activities, restaurants, hospitals, etc. I'd definitely stay here again.

The bathroom door didn’t shut as it was a barn door to save space, I’m sure. It also didn’t have a vent so those with shy bladders traveling with others, would have a slightly difficult time.

Floor not clean,neither the mat which seems it has not been clean for a really long time

The bar was great, excellent hotel for solo travelers. I am female and stayed at the hotel for a week and feel extremely safe and comfortable

Parts of the painting on the walls cracked and pealing off but really that was because I was probably in the the hotel for a whole week to notice. it was all excellent

Super modern

Location was good and the hotel was clean and safe.

Even it was a prepaid booking, except $50 to hold they hold another $136 and kept the hold for 5 days, needed to call several times to release the hold.

Service was good. Hotel smelt of cooking throughout lobby. Rooms were outdated with no access to light switch next to bed or latest iPhone charging outlets.

Hotel overcharged me. They dod not charge me same price as my bookings. I am still chasing them to reimburse.

Bar and food was great. Bed was super comfortable. Felt safe. Decor is cool. People were nice. Good location. Large TV.

Really nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The reception area is large and looks good. The rooms had very good accessories - hair drier, shampoo, body gel, etc. We liked the shower very much. The hotel location is very good, we could go to the sights on foot. We had no breakfast, but there is a bagel shop in the hotel - maybe the best bagel shop in the city. I had the best salmon bagel of my life here. Close to the hotel there are other good restaurants as well. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Check in was 4pm. It is relatively too late. Hope it can be anytime from 2-3pm instead. Also, my checkout ALWAYS encountered bill printout printer problem. Pls improve.

Completely in love with the hotel decoration! Very nice and eclectic vibe going on throughout the hotel. Will definitely recommend it to friends.
