El señor que nos recibió nada amable, me sentí discriminada con el trato comprado con otras personas, la piscina estuvo un tiempo cerrada (verano) el parqueo se cobró adicional y es súper caliente.

Rooms are too far away from elevators

The entire experience is unmatched. The responsiveness and attnetion to details has truly made this stay exyremely enjoyable and I would highly reccommend this service for future residence. Needs were addressed prior to our arrival. 10 out of 10 recommend!

More socks would have been preferred, however not vital or essential for ensuring that work could still be addressed. Issies were handled and tackled very well. Nothing was difficult to remedy.

The front desk staff was rockstar!! Absolutely amazing people on every shift. The manager of the restaurant was the hero, really. Made everyone feel welcomed and was pleasant. Hotel location is 11/10. Event spaces nice.

The hotel is old. Rooms don't even have USBs to plug phones. Rooms look like surfaced cleaned for so many years. Stains on carpets and walls.. Housekeeping and the "Press Zero" people lacked much needed customer service skills. Elevators could use sanitizing... Lobby and breakfast restaurant furniture was soiled and old.

I visited for a conference, the waiting and cleaning staff were superb! hard working and friendly. The location is amazing and there is a nice atmosphere in the hotel lobby/bars. The rooms are very clean. The bars and restaurants are nice and you can get food until late. The facilities are nice and the rooms are well equipped.

The rooms are noisy, with thin walls and old air conditioning units there is a lot of noise in the room, I could hear my neighbours conversations through the walls. I mentioned the noise to staff 3 times to be told 'I'll get someone to check it out' but this never happened. If you are a light sleeper you will struggle to sleep here. Eating and drinking in the hotel is expensive - although that is to be expected for the location. My room was looking tired with the wallpaper peeling off in places.

As instalações do Hilton são incríveis, os funcionários super educados e atenciosos, água para consumo em diversos pontos do hotel, hotel conta com inúmeros elevadores para acesso tanto das áreas comuns quanto da área dos quartos. A localização é muito boa visto que os onibus passam em frente ao hotel, é de fácil acesso para Uber/Eats, o hotel conta com um lobby bem interessante tendo mercadinho, loja de gifts, restaurantes entre outras coisas.

Quando cheguei ao hotel não havia mais vaga para eu me hospedar e eu havia pago a reserva há meses, foi um transtorno que tive que passar. Pedi o reembolso e hoje, passado 3 dias ainda não recebi o reembolso tendo eu que arcar com duas acomodações simultaneas, pois o Hilton não havia quartos disponíveis e o hotel que me realocaram é incrível porém bem mais barato do que paguei para ficar na linha Hilton. Solicitei o ressarcimento e não me foi devolvido até o dia de hoje. Eu tinha a NECESSIDADE de ficar no Hilton por conta de um evento que eu participaria, porém não conseguiram cumprir com a minha reserva. DECEPCIONADO;
