The hotel cancelled our order as a "no show", even though I left a message THROUGH BOOKING APP that we will arrive late but we're on our way. I had to find replacement room in LAS VEGAS, in the weekend of the "When we were young" Festival. I booked this stay MONTHS AGO. I expect Booking to fully refund me on this order, and would NOT recommend booking with this hotel. Their attitude was nasty.

your on site store was well stocked, facility was clean, the free parking was a plus and your staff was very friendly and the early check in after a long flight was awsome.

Fridays weather LOL everything was very nice not even a small complaint you were also convenient to the mono rail which was a plus

Once we moved to new room it was lush! very clean and spacious and luxurious. nice decor and everything you could have wanted/needed and more.

Our original room had a soaking wet carpet and I nearly slipped over. We mentioned it to the staff and we got upgraded to a King Apartment.

Mooie luxe suite waar je van alle gemakken bent voorzien! Koelkast met vriezer, elektrisch fornuis en wasmachine en droger combinatie! De kosten van het zwembad zijn niet in verhouding met de mogelijkheden tot gebruik wegens veel te vroege sluiting, al om 6pm.

Er moet een toeslag betaald worden om gebruik te maken van het zwembad, geen probleem want met Vegas temperaturen is het verkoelend om na het inchecken, vanaf 4pm een duik te nemen. Blijkt alleen dat het zwembad al om 6pm sluit… En ‘s morgens moet je weer uitchecken dus die kosten versus het gebruik staan absoluut niet in verhouding en de prijs is dan buiten proportioneel.

It was spacious and comfortable. Loved the Market! We had an unforeseen need, and it was nice to just goes downstairs and pickup what we lacked. We were in town for a tournament and stayed close to the venue. Decided to spend the last night somewhere different before heading home. I'm glad we did! We appreciated the free parking, the good lighting, the free WIFI, the refrigerator, the fresh smell in the hallways, and the quiet away from the Strip.

We were missing a pillow for the pull-out bed supplies, but we were able to share since the king had four pillows. There was a Q-tip on the floor in the area with the bathtub, and some hairs in the bathtub. Other than that, it was exceptionally clean. We didn't like when our neighbors in the adjoining room came home at 1 am and were loud. However, we recognize that no one could control or prevent this. We would have liked some paper towels or dish clothes for the kitchen. But it wasn't critical.

The staff was horrible and i experience a lot of racism . Was hot all night because it wasn’t ant air and they didn’t accommodate us at all .
