Walking distance to restaurants and a plus to have Metro located lower level of hotel.
No exhaust fan located in bathroom which made the room have mildew scent upon initial arrival in room.

I stayed here because it is a pet-friendly hotel that is close to Dulles Airport and I was traveling with my cat. At the same time, it is within walking distance of a lot of establishments in Arlington, so you don’t feel trapped here. My room and bed were very comfortable. My cat really liked the room as well! The breakfast that was included in my room rate had plenty of options. Overall, a good experience.
The prices are rather high for what you get. I would have expected bathrobes in the room and a bit more in terms of hotel amenities at this price point. At the same time, I was grateful to have a comfortable and conveniently-located place that accepted pets, so I can’t complain too much.

Breakfast was all the same every day, nothing new was offered, wasnt worth of the money requested.

Location
The walls are paper thin. We heard the couple next door all night long followed by their TV. The room was very musty smelling we opened the window to air it out. The AC fan was super super loud it felt we were in a factory room.

We have stayed at this location before and have always had an excellent experience at property. The staff was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Cynthia at the front desk.

The security was basically harassing us while outside smoking our cigar’s maybe he thought we were smoking something else but the older gentleman made my wife feel very uncomfortable to the point she wanted to stay another day so we just went to another hotel.

The room was not as clean as expected.

Good size rooms. Clean has a microwave too. I spilt formula powder which I was unable to clean up myself, housekeeping were up in a few minutes to help.
We booked breakfast in check in there was no mention of this or food vouchers provided at check in. They did however give us the vouchers the next day when we extended our stay.

We got into the room was ready to take a shower but towels were dirty. Room was not really vacuumed. No hot water in the morning around 7:30 am we were in the room till 10am still no hot water. We were late to our appointment.
I was checking in and the girl pick up a phone talking with someone instead if attending us because we've benn traveling 10hrs. I waited 15mins to he exactly
