It was clean and the location was exactly where I needed it to be.

The convenience of getting to after events and on/ off the highway was great. Great that there was a Starbucks in the hotel.
The staff were extremely rude and made our check in terrible. Had to park away from the hotel in a whole separate lot as the parking lot was full for the casino.

The room was clean . Close to everything we wanted to see
The fan in our bathroom didn’t work . I reported but they never did anything . Not pleasant when hubby goes to use the bathroom and smell filters throughout the bedroom area because fan is broken .

The beds were comfy, we were only there to sleep. checked in at midnight and were gone by 6am.
first the key card did not work, there was a mix up in our rooms, requested 2 queen beds, we got a king room with a sofa bed. my stepson had the sofa bed and said it was comfy. then once we got home i realized there was a big mix up in the cost, called and got it rectified within 10 days.

Match, don’t eat at match period. 4 out of 4 meals were completely wrong and sub par food, Wendy’s puts them to shame and customer service is better

I loved everything about this property

Conveniently located off the Fraser highway and has a few meal options at site. The room itself was nicely updated and the pillows are so soft!
The water pressure was not great in the shower, took ages for the water to warm up and the shower handle needs to be tightened so the temperature kept getting hotter and I had to fiddle with the handle.

I like that the hotel was connected to the casino.
The room is not comfortable because of the fact that you can hear everything. Every door closing, people above us and the showers running. Had a terrible sleep.

The Coast was perfect for a one night stay coming through the Vancouver area. The value was great and exactly what we expected, it was nice that there was a starbucks right in the lobby for the morning. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and dark which is always a bonus in hotels.
It was fine for the value, you can tell the rooms are a little run down (rips in the shower curtain, etc) but for one night, and what we paid for it, it was fine!

room was nice and fairly up to date
the room wasn't cleaned properly when I checked in. There was debris on the floor and the shower curtain was wet and unchanged from the prior guest. There were dirty glasses outside the door for the first 24 hours I stayed. I did go to front desk and they said there was no housekeeping on duty til the next day. They gave me a small room credit.
