The breakfast was very good and our waitress was great. Location for what we came to town for was perfect, beds super comfortable and the hotel itself though busy was very quiet once we were in our room. Would definitely stay there again.

Noisy people in the hall at 5am. I had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel and it did not agree with me.

The hotel property was just a few minutes walk to the shopping mall, with great food choices around the area, all within walking distance which is rare in the US. The facilities were complete, the gym was sufficient for my needs, there's even a heated indoor pool (great during the cold season). We liked the freebie cookies, they were served warm!

Good location

They were very tough and uncommodating with the early check-in. We wanted to check in at 12:00 p.m. but they will not let us and they were asking for additional money. We left the hotel 4:00 a.m. the next day. They have to be accommodating and not rigid. If I check in at 12:00 and leave at 4:00 a.m. it should be okay for the hotel. Demanding extra payment from guest is ridiculous. And there is no breakfast either

The staff and location were excellent. The walls seemed a bit thin since we heard people in the hallway and next door, but luckily it was not that bad. The room (king bed) was very large and had a small refrigerator, so we did not pay for breakfast and instead bought our own food. A small mall across the street and a nice park a short walk away. Overall a great value and would stay again.
