Jay was very friendly and efficient checking us in..facilities are always very clean and welcoming

good location. good breakfast Excellent comfort in the bed. i had enough towels, and the housekeeping staff were good, one of them helped open my door as I was struggling with my suitcases.

the air conditioner was loud, but it kept the room at the perfect temperature. It was a heat wave when I was there. My meal at the restaurant was disappointing: I ordered the butter chicken which had only 3 pieces of chicken and a bowl of sauce. The naan bread and pappadom were excellent but the rice was tasteless and there weren't any vegetables, which was a huge disappointment. None of the restaurant staff smiled and they all seemed unhappy with the notable exception of the omelet chef. I found the decor, which is very modern and on trend, quite depressing. Too dark, even with the lights on.

Personnel chaleureux ! Pièce commune très bien aménagé et confortable. Et déjeuner incroyable avec un cuisinier pour y faire les œufs comme on les aimes options d’omelette, œufs tournée, pochés etc

Air climatisé un peu bruyante, mais on s’y habitue et un peu de moisissures dans le bain-douche

Lack of information. Would've been nice if we knew how and where to get towels for the pool. No idea where the ice machine was, had to go to the front desk. These things should be in every room. Worst of all, went to the bar and waited for 15 minutes and got no service. I returned later and got served in 7 or 8 minutes but when I went to pay using my room number I was told that the bar and restaurant weren't part of the hotel and I had to return to my room to get a credit card. LACK OF INFORMATION ALL AROUND!!

Location was good. Dinner was good but service was slow because of lack of staff for the number of customers.

Room was too far from main part of hotel. You had to go outside to go to the reception, dining and other amenities. Lighting in kitchenette area was nonexistent.
