it's an old place renovated fairly well. being a smoker it was good to be on ground floor with cover since it was raining

wifi a bit slow,tv acting up at times maybe it was me being tired but it was not obvious to me where the office was

Parking not adequate for truck drivers.

The pizza was great. The staff was friendly & helpful, and the price was within my budget. Also, great location as I was in Truro for a workshop.

Entering the room everytime, I was hit with a strong smell of whatever cleaning chemical was used. (Scent-free please!!!) I didn't like lying in my bed looking up at webs and dust on the ceiling. While looking for a plug to charge my laptop, I found dust & hair clinging to the baseboards,. The toilet was almost touching the basin and the water ran constantly in the tank. There was no place to put the toiletries while getting ready. The towels were worn and had threads hanging from them. Also, poor lighting and lack of plugs. The bed was creaky and old. I don't mind the place being old, but clean is a must, and plugs for electronics are also needed.

The place was easy to find and receptionist was very pleasant.

NO HOT WATER !!! in the morning !!! We needed to be on the road early in the morning and didn’t have time to wait and call someone.

I liked everything which is why I booked it for my son to stay, as he was travelling to a wedding.

what I didn’t like or appreciate was that they promised they would be open later that night, so when he went to check in there was nobody there. He had already paid and nowhere to stay, so he had to drive another 5 hours to get home which was very unnecessary and dangerous.

Spacious room. Adequate plugins for charging electronics. Quality of toiletries. Chaise style lounge chair.

We would have like a coffee maker or access to coffee in lobby Checking into lounge on Sunday Karaoke Night wasn't the best timing

The room was surprisingly big, and the staff on at the desk were very friendly. The room was also very clean. Overall a great experience.

The only bad thing i could say is the wifi was a bit slow.

location cleanliness and price

Everything was great. The staffs were friendly. The equipment in the room was efficient. The room temperature was adjustable. If tea/coffee maker and hairdryer were there, that was fantastic!

The location was close to the reason we stayed in Truro

The room looks like it was 70's, smelled of mold and everything was dusty. We felt very unsafe, there were men and woman screaming drunk outside of our room at 2am till about 330, you could hear someone being beaten up outside of room. It was terrifying. There were no other available places to stay otherwise we would have left and went elsewhere. It felt like I was on the show The first 48, it sounded like someone was being beaten to death.. NEVER EVER AGAIN will we ever stay near that place again.
