Nothing! Biggest mistake I made booking here.
Terrible place, absolutely filthy (toe nails everywhere, bloody tissue, dust, spa tub DISGUSTING blew out black filth as soon as you put jets on) not plowed CHRISTMAS DAY IN ORILLIA! My husband spent half the night shoveling so we weren't snowed in, still got stuck leaving but " the plow was coming) an hour after checkout????? Seriously! Also they definitely don't change the sheets after all stays because ours were dirty. It was also freezing.

it’s close to Casino Rama. There was a fridge, microwave, and kettle in our room. The gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant.

The room was quite simple, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Fine for a short stay when the accommodations were not the purpose of the trip. The motel-keepers were pleasant and helpful.
The room was a bit dingy - the walls could do with another coat of paint, and the chandelier and upper parts of the walls need to be dusted. It was a bit odd to have the Jacuzzi/shower in the main room - perhaps a curtain between the bedroom and the Jacuzzi could be installed to give some privacy.

The staff was SO NICE! Seriously the kindest man checked me in! I was beyond impressed. It is dated but fun and retro!!!!
The only thing that was a little funny was burn holes in both of the comforters. But they still were in good condition and it didn’t affect anything.

The place smelled bad, the room was dirty. The bathroom was discusting. I don't think the windows had ever been cleaned.
I asked about the sign in front that said they had new upgraded rooms and I was told they had 3 but they were booked. I would have changed hotels but there were no others avaliable. Even the lobby if you could call it that stunk and was very dirty. If I were Booking .com I would be embarassed to even offer this property.

The young couple that owns this gem are amazing and treats you like a friend, the beds are heavenly, the view of lake simcoe is absolutely breathtaking
