Too many restrictions, documentation you have to do.

Beautiful rooms, views. The air conditioner was a added bonus! The jetted tub was a pleasant surprise.

The pool wasn't open until the last day, and was not notified that it would be closed. Our stove broke on day one. Nobody came to fix it, we had to fix it ourselves.

Loved the full kitchen. Nice, well appointed room.

The room was very warm and we didn’t seem to be able to adjust the temperature. It stayed at about 25 C no matter what we did. I also have an issue with customer service. I had something sent to me there and didn’t know that I wouldn’t have access to the mailbox, which meant that my parcel was stuck in the condo owner’s mailbox. I called the rental company and they said they probably couldn’t access the mailbox either but they would call me back to confirm. They never called me back. 😕 At the very least they should do what they say they’re going to do. Thankfully, the post office was willing to retrieve it for me, but I was without it for a number of days.
