GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT IN RENOVATION SO UNDERSTANDABLE MESSINES

BEWARE IF YOU ARE USING GPS TO REACH THIS HOTEL IT MAY TAKE TO HOLLIDAY INN FEW MILES DOWN THE ROAD. VERY ANNOYING IF IT IS FARK SND POURING RAIN. RESET GPS TRY AGAIN BE CAREFUL DANGEROUS U TURN!

The hotel was very close to the airport and it was an easy trip to the cruise ferry port!

We could not use the shower in our room… the on/off fawcet was broken! Very disappointing not being able to take a morning shower before leaving to catch our cruise ship’

this hotel holds 3 different names staff rude and NOT knowledgeable elevators are the worst and not legal in my opinion the certification is not in the elevator they charge to hold bags also shuttle may not have proper documentation to transport because they can only drop you off in arrival when in fact you will be departing ONLY GO HERE IF YOUR DOWN RIGHT DESPERATELY NEEDING THE PRICE OTHERWISE NO NO NO NO!!! I would not let a dog stay here

I did not even make it to the property because they said the transportation shuttle was not operable. I did not realize until after I booked this room that in the prior reviews this has been mentioned this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel I needed to have transportation from the airport to the hotel. I also read previous reviews talking about how homeless people live on one floor and the name is not even onyx hotel. It goes by another name I believe it’s blossom in no way would I have booked a hotel initially if I would’ve read those reviews. I actually had this hotel booked after my cruise as well and I canceled that booking.

Location close to MIA airport

Very outdated, mold odor, old carpets and everything else.

We chooses the hotel for proximity and free shuttle airport. Unfortunately the shuttle was out of order and we had to pay taxi with no refund…

Convenient

Smelled of Marijuana and mildew. Needs carpet update.

The breakfast was great, and the location I enjoyed because IHop and a few other restaurants are in walking distance plus it's near the airport

I didn't like how the microwave was in the laundry room which means I had to come out my room to go into the laundry room to warm my food

Breakfast was good. Lots choices and well presented. Sports bar write next hotel that is very good. Shuttle bus driver very helpful

Hotel shuttle bus is hard to notice as signs on bus are faded.
