Room, Jacuzzi, Clean room and quiet location away from elevators. I appreciate the bar having some light food to order. Snack convenience shop yay!

There was a water leak in the sink. I let someone know the next morning and when we came back that night it was not fixed. I hope the staff got to it before the room is occupied again.

Un poco descuidado el mantenimiento del toilet la cafetera muy pequeña pero el microhondas y la nevera todo perfecto!

The rooms weren’t scattered around

Location was not close to Disneyland as stated. Rooms were smelly and super old. Most stuff were broken inside like the toilet paper holder, sliding door, locks in the doors.

Well organized, they think of the family traveling. I loved the breakfast. The hole place and staff were amazing

The pool was not spacious but very nice

The inside of the hotel Lobby/ Dining area is very nice and the arcade room is amazing and keeps kids/ teens entertained! The soaps and lotion available in the restroom had a great scent.

The A/C in the suite rooms did not work properly and it was hot and musty in the rooms. In one room, the fridge also did not work. The landline phone did not have any cords on it. The suite rooms are not very updated, but are decent. We were only provided two bath towels in each suite room and when we asked the evening shift front desk lady, she seemed bothered and rudely stated they didn’t have any towels available because they were short staffed. We witnessed one of the day shift male employees being rude to a customer as well and I can’t help, but feel it was due to her race. We are also required to pay for parking and because there is a club next door on a Saturday night, parking spaces were blocked off and reserved for their customers. Our experience wasn’t very pleasant especially traveling with little ones.

The breakfast was good, and the best part was the ability to have a freshly made omelette. The pool area was great for our kids as well.

I was disappointed that upon arrival we only had two washcloths available, especially since our room was for five occupants. I also did not have a plug for our tub to take a bath and had to borrow one from the room my sister was staying in. Also the trash cans are too small and we’re not able to accommodate a decent amount of trash. The bed was entirely too soft and was not firm at all, so I did not sleep well. For the amount spent for a suite for one night, it did not live up to my expectations.

I'm usually looking for bs. But everything was great here. I used the gym. My kids went swimming Breakfast was great. Bed was great. They accommodated me on my early arrival. Imma single mom With 3 kids under 12 We had a great time. We even doorbell ditched and ran around and security was nice about it. Fun stay Thank u
