The indoor pool was nice

Air conditioning didn’t work and the room they wanted to switch us to was even worse..

Nothing except the Food which was very good.

The property is old, lifts don’t work, ACs give loud noise, taps are lose, carpets smell

It’s big facility

No security cámaras. A group of individuals were kicking doors I found out they were doing that since before the day I arrive on Saturday I spoke to other guess that experience the same scare situation I when to front desk and I demand if they can see the cámaras the answer was no cameras and they confirm that other people complain about individuals kicking doors if is that the case with a huge facility why is not security walking the hallways any one can get hurt and no security cameras that was scared and I won’t stay there or recommend to anyone to stay if they can control any situation is a risk that I won’t take for my kids or any family that stay there

Breakfast did not start till 7 am on weekends.

The beautiful scenery on the inside

I drove all way from NC. Get there at 1200pm and was told I had to wait til 3pm because they had a event. I went back at 230pm just be told again wait til 3pm. After driving hours you would think they would accommodate me just a little. Also was unaware about the 70 dollar deposit until I check in. Never stated it on the website.
