Got a room with leaking water from ceiling, dropping whole night. They said, no available room to change. When checked out, they said, will take some discount from the bill but they didn’t. I called back and get hung up the phone in the middle of conversation. She said, can’t do anything since I booked hotel from booking.com.

Everything was great! Very clean and a great breakfast as well! Very close to 287 , easy access to highways, and grocery store right around the corner

I didn't always make it down to breakfast before it closed, so maybe make it available a little longer?

Booked this hotel received email conformation never was told the card I booked with was not acceptable until I reached the hotel day of check in I was then told I could not use my debit Visa cash app card by the agent on duty "NICK" who was rude nd lacked proper customer service as long as that property has employees like him I would NEVER consider or recommend staying there

Good location, near Wegmans store, 30 minutes away from PATH “subway station to New York City” enough space in the room + kitchen.

hotel is old, and it smells old. it could be better for that price. we couldn’t use AC because it smells bad. Need some refreshing

The breakfast was delicious and kept full the entire time.

The TV in the living room only worked on streaming services.
